Just an Idea....
 

Ok this is just an idea not definitly going to happen so dont attack me yet please ;) . Here is the base story line it sounds nicer in my head and i only had 5 minutes to write it out so just deal with it ;
(time period = Present)
It's morning and the sun is rising as your team begins to finally break
through the cave entrance....Maybe I should mention by team it is a team of Archiologist(sp).
The sun has rised and another few hours have passed. Your team had been hacking away
carefully at this entrances for months and today was the day you would finally be able to
see the inside. By noon there is a small enough hole for someone to crawl in. However,
It's lunch time...you have been waiting for MONTHS to see the inside and cannot wait a moment
longer...as your team hads off to eat you sneak in the cave taking only a torch. You begin
to look around there are paintings of the sky and stars on the wall....even with the torch
it's hard to see you continue to the end of the path where you stand for only a matter of
seconds before you go crashing through. The dust circles around the room you rub your head
as you begin to stand up....you lost droped your torch but, there is still light...the whole
room is lit up yet there are no windows or cracks you cannot even see up the path you feel
through. You notice a gem on a stand in the center of the room you head for it thinking
this is it! this is what we have suffered for! You reach out and touch it. Just at that second
you begin to feel horribly sick...the room darkens...patches of light and stars seem flying by
everything else is dark dark dark.....you pass out....when you wake you find yourself in a
military base well it looks like one...your room is locked yet you hear two people talking outside...
"....I thought the Earth cell had been hidden...?" says the first man
"Apparently not well enough....." says the second
"What the hell are we suppossed to do? " says the first more nervous this time
"Send a demolition team down and destroy it make sure they gt through the cell before it blows though....I dont think they would enjoy the 30th centuary much" says the second
You get scared. Not like the 30th centuary?!?! where am I? You slowly turn around there is
a calender above your bed it says January 19th........4005.

Basically you stumble into a future world on a different planet. The world is not at peace with other worlds (not all other worlds but some) and you begin to learn about the war and in some parts take part in it.There would be things such as ships which you can pilot/build. Appartments which can be bought. Many futuristic weapons. Basically a future world time thing...just an idea hehe *prepares to be mass flamed*

it's OK, I'm not really into all that future stuff for graal so to me its ok....

i think the future is better when it's post-apocalyptic and modern technology has been destroyed or made rare or weak

there are a lot of stuff like that. I enjoy it a bit too but, I thought this might be more original. The worlds y ou will be able to travel to each have different eer era so to say EG if you used a crystal to go to a different planet in the same year there technology may be low and maybe they farm and houses are made of straw or wood. However, there medicine is very advanced and such.

i hate futuristic stuff but if u could make it nice it would be awesome

Some more stuff before you do decide to help or not is to remeber
different worlds have different technology levels some may have even been destroyed to so much degree that there technology is less the the current today.
Others may be very advanced. There are no real classes or anything however you can buy different types of weapons from different planets (eg a planet of low technology may sell swords a semi futuristic one may sell Gun type weapons and a advanced one may have more advanced lasers and such)

fallout was not a good game.

good games awesome games fall under good story lines and good game play which fallout had none of.

you run around killing rats, scorpions, and people. ok you do some little quests your major goal is to find the water purifier.

umm ok why don't they just build another one i'm sure they have scientist who could make another one or maybe they are to lazy?

ok here is where the story line comes in....

this is post nuclear war your in i believe california and basically your whole mission is to find a water purifier which is located not in base 13 but under a abandoned town from what i remember.

now you can do little miny quests which have really no purpose towards your main goal nor do they give you anything you need all you really need is yourself and a rope the door to the water purifier doesn't need any key what so ever. But you do need some explosives just incase i left out something.

the best thing to do is cheat and be a demi god and kill everyone and everything and just take what you need.

pretty basic and not a 5 star game more like collect dust in a box game.

Nice idea... would this be a kingdom ,server, another part of new main like classic has that moon thing i think....... , and i could help if you want im pretty good with levels , gfx im ok , and scripting im ok.

it is ok but graal isnt set in the future so its dumb. the most you could set it to is present (sometime a lil before present) to make it good

Graal can be set in the future
With a new tileset I'm sure we can pull this off
And its different from any other PW idea that I've seen

:grrr: Jesus christ. If anyone says the 'F' word (not F***, future) everyone immediately seems to get into berserk mode and just flame the person to hell! I mean come on, what is wrong with a future playerworld? I say it'd be simple if they made a few space helmet hats, and especially if they had good space tile sets. I mean who ever says that the 'past' time period playerworlds are good anyways?
