Want to explain? Other than lycia holding yet another admin position, and the current ET admin being the worst we have ever had, I can't see why you would say Graal is going downhill..
All this stuff got added tonight and I could barely keep up.. I like the food and bottles :) I got all the new hats, and the bombs from the zalactic labs quest.. once more jobs and stuff is added Graal will be even better.. So what do you mean it's going downhill? |

Well, if Stefan would check his E-mail and/or forum PMs for once, then I wouldn't have posted this thread. I do not wish to discuss the matter here. I want to talk things over with Stefan, but he never listens. Yes, before you ask, I can understand how busy he is and/or gets, but it's no excuse to ignore important matters such as this one. Stefan, if you keep hiring idiots, graal is bound to go downhill, I don't want to see that happen. Either you listen to me, or I take matters into my own hands.

And Stefan, you also tell staff that you don't want to talk about "admin stuff" on graal, you tell us to send you a forum PM, or an E-mail, but I don't see any point in doing so. You always ignore the most important things.

Some of the newer staff with rcs, don't know how to do their job very well, they are hardly on and seem to ask questions more than answering them =/ just My Imput,
I wrote up this for level applications - Level Maker Tryouts- To be a level maker on Newmain you must demonstrate a number of qualities that must be present before you are allowed among the ranks of the elite level makers of graal2001. You must demonstrate that you have the abilities to be in our team, emotionally, and the obvious reason, the ability to make levels very well. If your application does not pass please do not complain about it, you simply need to improve on your style, and suggestions and tips will be included within your application response. Requirements- 1.) The Ability to work with the other members of the team, including any staff outside of level maker. 2.) The obvious way that you present yourself, you will not be hired with an application such as “y0 I was jhend lAT on Fanshish and hed NaT/Ga?/LaT on matibia and I havea lot of good skloz d00d, please hire me cuse I was working thereeand I knowsss hows to dos levels cuses, kthx/ huire me?” – such language displays that you are not yet educated enough to write properly (this is a must when dealing with other players) or that you are to lazy to type properly, what every the condition might be, you should be able to type with an amount of correct grammar and spelling when dealing with players. Though, this condidtion is not a must, just as long as you do not type like “Hey dolodS liesk I ashds things iu made 4ukthx” that’s just, annoying ;-) 3.) Emotional Maturity- Though there is no true set age limit for Level Maker, because talent is not based on age, there is a maturity requirement, what you are told to do you do, though, you are assigned to do thing, you should not just walk around doing nothing, you report the status on your project and such. The way you act and behave as a level maker is important to your success and ability to work, remember that your actions do not only affect yourself, but the people around you. 4.) Tag Abuse- Though the level maker tag is not on the staff list, we ask that you do not mass message junk about selling/buying items on graal with this tag, this tag is to show people that you are in Level Maker, not just for show. The work you do is also important, you can not just sit around doing nothing with the tag, you have it for a reason, If you do not make levels or items for a while, 2-3 weeks, you will probably be drooped unless you have not been assigned anything, and remember, droops are circumstantial, The Head Level Maker should know the entire situation, and is fair, if the head level maker is not doing his job right, he will be removed. 5.) Talent- Talent is measured in many ways, Level makers are not confined to making levels alone, they can make gfx, gains, music, what ever they want, but it does not mean it will go up if it is not good enough. When you send in your application to [email protected] it is evaluated, Not everyone makes it, the requirements are tougher now, because there is not a huge need at the moment for level makers, Please do NOT message the person that checks all the applications, you will not get a response, you will get a response from the e-mail its self. Please, if you do not make it in, do not complain or go on a rampage and blame everyone else for your non-acceptance. You will not get in Level maker buy just being friends with admins, you must have what it takes. 6.) Misc. – Your behavior and talents will not only be measured in the e-mail, it will be measured in game, and in outside areas of graal if you contact an administrator. Once again, Proper grammar is a must. Application- Please answer these questions separated with a line (press enter) between each answer 1.) Why do you want to be a Level Maker? 2.) Do you think you have what it takes? 3.) What is your Background? 4.) Tell us about yourself 5.) Can you do more than just levels? If so, show some examples. -To show your work Please send attachments with the e-mail Preferably, you upload .png versions of your levels to a site, giving links to them. (please do so if you can) Send application to [email protected] Please address the e-mail as in a letter form, with a “Dear headlevelmaker,” Include your Account name, and Your Nick name along with the address, and expect an answer from the e-mail within 1-3 days. Remember, you can make it, if you have what it takes. Remember that Level Maker is a job, not just a title, and you will be required to do that job. Thank you for your time, and we hope to see you on the team. each Staff should be able to go though a 2 page application and explaination of their jobs, not just hiring them on the spot, seems a bit unfair to the other people. |
All I am saying is that you need to hire more capable people, with a better system of hiring them, even though you are working on NewWorld more than graal, graal is still the foundation of NewWorld, and if Graal Fails, than so does nw.
Though there are a record amount of Players on graal, they depend on other players, witch is not very fun for over sea customers, and maybe we have forgoten that we are working for Paying customers, not just kids on a computor, even though they are still too young and nivive to stand up for what they payed for, I think we still have a huge commitment to them, that we are not fufilling. Right now the staff situation gives NewMain a -Not very well run Bisness- tag, and that does not attract outside costermers. :( Somthing needs to be done. |

Sorry I only read emails one or two times
a week, it's not possible to check all few minutes because it would keep me away from work. What admins are a problem? Actually we only have the LAT which is officialy admin on Graal2001, the others (ET, Police) are important too but need to organize better |

I am saying that one big update every 1-3 days is not attracting bisness, but players atract other playrers, and I am just saying, if we could do alot more in a shorther period of time, than it would attrack even more people.
