Graal2001 Help!

Someone please help me! On graal2001 I can send but cannot receive PM's, and I can see the NPCs but I cannot interact with them (i.e. read signs, chat commands, etc.)
What is wrong and how do I fix it?

Sad like i'm pitiful or sad like I literally am sad?
Cause I am...i'm pretty pissed I was about to get my bomy pet then the NPCs started screwin up on me =(

So sad, try reinstalling. Oh, anyone know why I am getting a "Incorrect driver" error? Graal was working for me this morning, and now I get an error.

how could it be too much traffic? i went on when only 33 people were on. Should I try to reinstall?
