anyone can make an emoticon, it is just editing a pre existing smiley

or you could just rip that one from Graal

no official emoticon maker is needed

toad, i dont want to be mean, but emoticons suck and are a bad way to show off your art talent (if you have any) try something harder, and start from scratch.

While those are nice, an offical emotion maker, isn't needed. (Perhaps you could post them over on the vBulliten forums (minus the spam, one)? You never know; they might add one to the next upgrade of vBulliten, if they like it :))

Yeah. But the spam one is staying. =P Anyway, people are already using them. And the title 'offical emoticon maker' isn't going to be a real thing, it's just for fun. :) And the forum needs a spam one so that you can tell wether the post is important or just spam.
