I never had a problem with lamer, But when i see him abusing powers i get mad.. This is my 5th time seeing him warp around. I dunno what he is doing but i would like to know why....

Maybe he wanted to take something away from the level or add to it..or get an idea from the level to make a level.

Why does the Head Level Maker even need warpto?

Well from what i heared long ago any staff that is using his powers for his own personal use will be warned then have it tooken away if he does it agin. I just want him to stop abusing it.
