Events team is run horrible now. If it was run the same way as when I first joined (before g2k1). The only possible way really and odds are it was the et admin because he had to add a tag...of course im sure it's logged.

I'll say it once more, DELETE EVENTS TEAM!
It has no use anymore these days..most of them are to lazy to do anything or they going to tell ya a weak excuse like: "I have no money"

so delete the crap team and everyone is happy again

Or put someone incharge from when Lycia took care of it...hrmmm who who who maybe...LYCIA. I know you may not like her but, ET was good when she ran it.

Having no money isn't a "weak excuse" for events team.. We don't get unlimited money.. we have to get donations or use our own funds.. and regular events team members cant even take from the donation cup.. only events admins.. so more than half the time events team are using their own items/money for prizes.. :(

you are a bunch of unorganized people basically running around begging and scamming for gralat...yes a ET tried to scam me... It isnt your fault really but it isnt organized,.

we should do a reshuffle of ET like lyndsey did and only hiring a few people from different time zones

Actually you should use sub team and divde thoose into time zones yet not go over 8 total members including the admin and asst because they should also do events. Hehe I have been thinking about this idea for some time.

sounds good cloud, have them all divided up into time zones like british ETs, German ETs, auztrailian ETs and usa ETs?

I really never saw a good Events Team, I left once they got made and was never around when ET was good. But ET has had a few good events in the past weeks. About a month ago I made 250g from events like, CS, Human swimming place (FORGOT NAME), Horse Race and egg hunt. Events are my only way of making money! If ET need money for Events, just put an enter fee on the events. 5g is good, if you have 10 people that's 50g.

within the last 2 days IVE HELD EVERY EVENT ONCE....

Im holding cs no and i plan to hold a 100g survivor a little later...

I gold atleast 6 events a day

I would if I didn't have other obligations. :(

I would love nothing more than to get ET back up on its feet and get some decent people in there running the show.

I dunno. I'll think of something.

I just can't let ET fall like this. It was an awesome thing a long time ago, now it sucks.

It would work like this
Ok
Lets say team a takes care of all events like games and such
they may have 4-5 members each from different time zones
then team b takes care of new ideas
this team has 1-3 members and makes npcs levels ideas ect to make new events (also can host events but not needed)
then comes team c this team has 1-3 members and hosts rp events they can be from the same zone and handle atleast 1 big RP a week which must be advertised and a few small little ones during the week

I have a whole team layout type thing hehe ah well =[

im actually now transfering all my ET information team layout ect incase everyone on the server dies accept me and i become et admin then I can hire all the bomy pets =]

Hehe on other parts of my plan I have amounts of hours per day and week an ET should spend and the amount of money/total amount of events. Jesus i planned this out to much hehe
