Screwed! Light effects!

I can see light effects now they're just screwed up, how can i fix this?

liek ive told others before

try either...

1. Get new directx

2. check your video Card

3. make sure all the option are set up right

4.If all else fails ...try restarting your comp or ask others if it happens to them, then maybe it was a bug

I have the newest drivers, latest directX don't know about my options tho....

hmm make sure you have everything you want set to show npcs etc. and make sure your not lagging at all...

other than that...
