Big Problem =/

Well I can finally see the lighting effects...there's just a little problem..I can barely move and my graal looks like this!!!
How do I fix this? I want to see the lighting effects normally....

erm update your graphics card drivers.. or get the latest direct x version.. When I updated my drivers it worked good for me. :)
