Account canceled because of credit card problem
 

Some peoples accounts have been disabled because the bank have asked us refund on the credit card transaction they made to upgrade there account to graal2001.

Not only the bank take the money back from our account but take fee to refund the money to the owner of the credit card.

Now if you can not understand that we close peoples accounts when we find credit card fraud then i can not do anything for you.

Until now i have been nice enough to not close players forum accounts when they don't renew there graal2001 subscription but i will have a 0 tolerance for this players for breaking rules on the forum.

It basically means unixmad is fed up with our ****.

Unixmad is just doing whats right for the business part of graal basically you cant actually blame him it is his job. It would be like having a lemonade stand and someone coming and taking a cup without paying wouldnt you be mad? Then again if they were banned for no reason (a lot of people who dont like unixmad have had CC fraud....) I dont know what to think.

If your account was cancelled, you need to speak with your bank and/or your parents (maybe you used your parents card without their permission and they called the bank to remove the transaction) Things like that can happen.

So did the ppl who got banned...get their account banned? or banned from g2k1? or banned from all of graal?

The Pay box was not too discuptive and I bet most of you didn't take note that the paybox is located in Paris France, under Eurocenter, Your parents got freaked or somthing and refused to pay fo somthing that they think they did not pay for, I just got the problem resolved, all that needed to be done is make the paybox page more obvious and give an big option tion stating print out reseat or somthing, but, I have a disbute though besieds that, We have already payed for the accounts, the money has been payed a while back to the componys, so, I do not know what to do :(
