Multi Staff
 

I think it shouldn't be allowed that people will be in multi staff guilds, about half of police in ET and other staff guilds... It looks like the head of the staff abusing power to add their friends, disallow the ability to be in multi staff, to give other people chance to be in them too.

Well there really isn't a limit on tags...I mean if you add your friend dont make it like official or anything.

It frightens me to no end :(

Thats a good idea considering it gives a chance for people more suited for the job to have it instead of one person taking up three staff jobs. I wub his siggy!:D

Lol I do my job quite well. So I wont argue about somethings thats not true.

If a chief hires someone because he is his friend, he should be fired.

The poll was a bad idea... ignore the results, most will be yes cause all the people that are in over 1 staff guild will vote =(

Its not a staff "Guild"
if you have the talents, you can do npcs, levels, gfx, adminastrate and all with all the tags, thats all it is, not a guild :rolleyes: you sir, are very missinformed, there are many elvel makers on newmain that do gfx as well, and hold police positions, like take Lyndzey, she is Police Cheif, and a level maker, Loriel, does about everything, and lamer does GfX and he is head level maker, its not a guild based thing, more like a talent based thing, ;) you missed the clue buss.

Hey I was good as police, but I still hold a big position.

I usually act as both anyway. :o

I'm not talking about things that need talents.
I'm talking about Police, FAQ, Auctioners and Events Team.

Make that point more obvious that :rolleyes:
if a "Kid" can handel more than one job, than there is no reson why they could not be in all three, just common sense.

Actually it is better to have multi staff positions.. if a person is both auctioneer and police, or events team and police, they can keep order during their work.. For example, right now there are no police online.. I'm events team, if I go and hold an event and it gets disrupted, it would be nice to jail the people disrupting it until the event is over.. But unfortunately that would pose a problem since NO police are on..

Same with auctioning.. if someone bids high and runs away the auctioneer could set on their police tag and jail them for it.

What you are talking about is good to have Police tag.
It's the same if you say, there is no police on and someone harassing me, so it would be nice to use police tag and jail him.
Anyway you said its good only for Police, whats good in people that are in FAQ and Events Team and Auctioneers? If they are in more then 1 staff guild they will be less on duty on each, better to hire more people.

but some people who have the tag need it to do certain things
like some people who have a police tag are a higher position but just need the police tag to jail people
they don't usualy fill up spaces in that staff guild

Maybe, but when people in multi staff guilds there are less in duty on each of them.
It will be better to hire more people instead of hireing same people that are in another staff, that each of them will be on duty much more. =)

usualy they just need the tag to do something

Well if your handling like two important staff positions such as Account Admin and say Bugs Admin ....that would be bad , but being a Police and a FAQ and a auctioneer is not so bad =)
