Updated gserver and npcserver

The Graal servers have been updated. For the new community name things please restart your playerworld (/global servercontrol this restart), the other things are already live:

- The commands /open, /openrights, /opencomments and /reset now support community names; note: this is not working right now when there is already an account with the community name on the hard drive
- /open accountname has been fixed for scripted RC, only requires npcserver-restart, doesn't support community name yet
- the servers uses a little bit less memory
- trial accounts don't have the 60-seconds limitation anymore when sending messages to staff
