There shall be a meeting tomorrow, May 30th, at Graal2001 Dev at 2 PM Pacific time.

It will be discussing Graal2001, its staff, and its future.

Yeah what time will that be GMT, or at least EST (so that i can work out gmt ;) )?

+ 2 hours = 24.00 (12AM - Midnight)
Central European
+ 1 hour = 23.00 (11PM)
GMT
= 22.00 (10PM)
Atlantic
- 4 hours = 10.00 (10AM)
Eastern
- 5 hours = 11.00 (11AM)
Central
- 6 hours = 12.00 (12PM - Midday)
Pacific
- 8 hours = 14.00 (2PM)

No, time goes up as you travel from Pacific time to Eastern Standard, not down.
