Ganis don't show

Only the basic ganis show like walk, idle, etc. But when I equip anything the gani doesn't show and my character is invisible. I'm guessing it's just not downloading the files?

What server? What does it show in F2 "Files" tab? Do you see other players? Do other players see you?
