Even though the thread seems dead I'm gonna post anyway.

You know those castle floor tiles? Not the diamonds, but the borders, everyone knows those, c'mon.

Well if you separate a room with them (not strait across or downwards but creatively; the floor that is), you can place alien tiles on the opposite side as long as it's in moderation, it looks pretty nifty;

This thread is never too old to bring back. But those alien tiles can be used together with many tiles that have the same RBG value for the blackness. Either way they're ugly. ;D

Well, I think they look alright; adds some color to the room;

I think he means custom tiles... Isn't that explained in the Level Making FAQ sticky? If not, it should be...
