'Report Bad Post' doesn't work.

"Sorry. The email function has been disabled by the administrator."

Think about it.

When you click the Report button, it is likely to email someone.
If the forum is set to not send emails, then the error message is related.

The email function of the forums has always been disabled, but the Report button has worked in the past.
