Are you good at sending Staff Apps?

well,i'd just want to know how many people are bad at doing Staff Applications
(just like me :P) and who are good..

when i do one i normally get a mind block i can't think of anything till like 20 minutes later till my brain starts working o.o

App Example:
how many hours have you played this server?

uhmm.....234 and uhmm 20 minutes :)

why do you think you would be a good staff member?

uh...? uhmmm because i like this position uhmm (MIND BLOCK)
because i think i'd do well at this position.

Aww what sucked :(

I can't remember the last time I actually had to send in an application to get a job somewhere.

But they're an easy thing to do. Useless questions though.

I'm alright at it.

Staff applications are extremely easy. You just need to try, don't be lazy.

idk ask my Boss :p

I've only been deny'd once and have applied for six different Graal jobs so I think thats an okay ratio.
I hate applications though...

Ever seen any of the long Zodiac applications? Those are designed to see if people are dedicated enough to finish with proper answers xD. So long........

Staff applications are less about content and more about who you are and who you know. On Classic I sent in the same resume for the GC team 4-5 times and got rehired each time, I doubt I even had to send one in. Also, every LAT job I've ever got the LAT Admin asked me.

I can't remember the last time I, wrote an app, most of the time, people ask to work for them... but they are often simple to answer, even long apps are just a bunch of futile, time killing questions...

I think of it as an CV for when applying for a job, however; on graal I've got a reputation so it's quite easy to get a job >_<!1

most of my applications suck, i know the questions are easy but there is someone who gets my place >:(

crowfeather told me i had the perfect application when i was a gp......
last time i applied kari said my application was perfect

I think they're tedious but sometimes can show the cream of the crop. As others said above, I rarely have to send in an application to get hired these days. At most, all I have to do is show some work I've done.

Sadly it's the same here. However the few times I do have to fill in an app they say I do a great job. Era's requirements were something like 350+ hours for GP with the exception of "extraordinary apps", I only had 120 and was first pick. :D

I can't remember the last time I filled out an application, nor the last time I had interest in trying out for a server. Usually people come to me asking for help or I go to friends whom I have an interest in helping.

If you can't do a staff application then you can't apply for a job irl. its the same thing.
