Do you actually need to learn the recipes? I swore just alch'ing the ingredients worked back in the day.

Yes, you do need to learn the recipes.

Hmmm....try giving it a shot if you haven't :P The ingredients for a try shouldn't be that expensive. Just to make sure before you spend a lot on one of those recipes.

Without a doubt, you cannot make anything without knowing the recipe.

I haven't seen a DoV recipe in forever.

Oh, would have been nice to have been informed that alchemy was revamped/"new" by one of the earlier posters... I knew I was not going all insane!

I'm also looking to purchase a DoV recipe now. If anyone has a extra or comes across one, contact me on the forums or in game. :D
