Not sure what you really think about Era's current state but I don't think I've ever been more sad about the state of this server than I have been the last x months.

I've began to think that your only goal as a Manager and a Staff Team as a whole of late is to see who can **** around the most without getting called out for being useless.

Not only has the Weapon Department gone to complete shambles since Cloyd went MIA but Gangs over all through-out Koho's reign and now onto Xloria have been a disgrace. (Due to experience, I can tell this is due to a lack of rights and freedom given via management and or administration)

You need to focus your time on fixing the current issues instead of trying to create a viable reset plan because on the slight chance that you don't manage to kill off every single player, the server will just come back to exactly where it is now.

Although it may seem like the PM is just a cry message, it has a strong message; Do your ****ing job correctly because this is definitely one of the last if not the last chance we have at ever reviving this already dead server.
