No but it's a simple account registration, think of how many users that we could have gained this week but haven't due to this failure in the system. Let's get it fixed asap

To my knowledge, this has been going on for a very long time now. It really needs to be addressed soon.

Not sure if it has been directly affecting the overall player count, but I'd wager that it is.

Working on iZone, i get an abnormal amount of request for the link to these forums and nobody can register from the responses i've seen. This has been going on a very long time as Draenin says and it definitely effects overall playercount.

Makeshift solution is to register in-game by logging in as a guest and going to Start > Upgrade:

Yeah, that solution worked but when I purchased gelats, they've never come through. (I tried a second time after the first set of gelats never came through)

Not sure what to think or how to address the issue. I'll keep you posted whether I just got scammed for $13.20 or not

Talk to unixmad, he had a similar issue with me. Absolutely DO NOT do a charge back on the missing gralats. You will get auto-banned by the system. Smposively unixmad got "disabled" along with my account when testing this bug in the past. Took him a few days to fix it for me too, and sadly ended up losing out on $100 in sale because I took my money elsewhere. Support may also be able to help you too.

The Gelats never came through, I talked to Carlito about it but since I deleted the SMS' I can only assume that I screwed myself haha. (was purchasing 2 sets of 300 gelats through the SMS super rewards system, never failed me before and I've done it about 4 or 5 times)
