Boomerang
 

Master Storm claims that the Boomerang is a weapon that attacks people, and even though the hit is non-damaging, it is a combat weapon. With that very same logic, if you use your Boomerang with 100ap, your ap is reduced to 95.

I disagree, but apparently this is subjective so is this statement true or false in your opinion? Poll will close in a week.

Why does it work in non-PK areas?

boomerang is crap i dont care about the ap thing since but it should move people who cares if it moves people into a pk zone learn to pause damnit master storm is sucking the fun out of an already pretty crappy classic by making sure no one gets their feelings hurt by fun weapons.


edit: it's very likely that the amount of people who complained about boomerang moving people was less than 1.

I accidentally used it recently: didn't even hit anyone.
Now I'm down to 95 ap :(

I barely saw the boomerang used to lame people into any zones really....Besides they still have the hammer.

I think boomerang should cause recoil.
I do not think it should cause a drop in AP.
I do not think it should have effect in non PK areas.

As the boomerang stands at this level its not a weapon of mass destruction. The higher, unreleased levels are though.

Your AP doesn't go down for swinging your sword, why should it drop for throwing a boomerang without hitting anyone?

may I add that not being able to hit saints with npc's= very ****ing ***, thanks storm.

I think it's fine as it is right now. The ap drop for saints might be a little annoying although if you can not use it on saints it should be ok.

Yeah, but it also drops when you use it and don't hit anyone. :\
It doesn't do that when you swing your sword without hitting anyone, so why would simply using the boomerang drop your ap?
