How to

Alt + 6: Starts capturing
Move around
Alt + 6: Stops capturing
Open the Graal videos folder
Watch it, then convert or compress it (more information)
Upload it to some video portal, e.g. http://www.youtube.com
Post a link here :D

PS: open the Graal options with F3, click on the "Capture" tab to change the video capturing size etc.
