Ownership of Xone
 

Well this is rather a very confussing matter for most people.
But Here's the story:
Co Owner: Dude I'm sick of you
Me: ???
Co Owner: You're corrupt
Me: Umm, Do you want the server?
Co Owner: Yes
Me: Then take it!

I was very stressed out at the time.
Each time I logged onto my server
about 5 new staff members were on
the staff list and I was sick of it.
So , Later on....:

The Co Owner realized how much stress
I had and gave the server away to
Jago... Everything Fell as soon as he gained
the server.....

Notes:
If I would of known my co owner was going
to quit when I gave him the server I wouldn't
of gave it to him. But I feel tricked and mis-used.
Now:
Part 3

I asked jago if I could have a joint ownership with him
to help straightin things up because it was clear
that Xone was falling. So He agreed to the joint owner
ship in an IM which I should of kept the log of but
sadly I did not.
Part 4

Now, I come on this morning and I find out that he
fired everyone , and get this " Including me " I told
him he cannot fire the other owner in a joint ownership
but he says " I never did agree" and Im like the hell
he didn't. It's a pure out lie. I have witnesses right before
he did, Including : Sean and Naytria.
Now, as this war continues between the admin accounts.
Me and Yakuna vs Jago and Bobby ***. =\... Clearly
by the story he is courrupt and a liar and a theft.
The server is Mine, It was mine from the begenning.

so Jago owns it?

No Legally I own it.

thats right they are. Racoondog is owner, he gave it up, didnt want a part of it and still doesnt, he gave the server away, i owned it with the guy who he gave it to, and then brandon comes along and steals it, so yes, thats right, you bassically just admitted i should be owner, if not then coondog should.

Heh the only person deleting xone is jago.
I upload the server. He deletes it.

since when did i delete xone? you are an idiot, and yes, coon should be owner. but he doesnt want to be, so who is next inline, i daresay me, as i was an owner after him. i would prefer to se it taken down though :P

your 'theory' isn't at all true... if the owner of the server gives the server up to whoever, it now belongs to him, until he wishes to give it to someone else.

man thats bullshit i always knew jago was a scumbag.. he also sux at level making.. he sent me a quest and i found tile errors NPC scripting errors and it was boring and no new ideas.. IT SUCKED ASS! o well screw it i offered to help Xone a thousand times but no one ever cared so now im stuck making over 100 levels for babylon this week just so i could get it accepted:mad:

Hey, that would be possible.. every server has to have an owner, and they don't know who it is, neither does anyone else, therefore, it can be taken down.

Nish gave it up, i see no reason for Jago to have to give it back!

nish is the rightful owner!!!! he made it and if he wants to come back he should be able to have a owner tag.. im not saying jago should be fired but nish should be a owner if he wants

No he was owner and creator of it from the past. You dont just give someone leadership and then come back later and take it from them. He shouldnt have given it up in the FIRST place.

he didnt give it to jago, he gave it to viktor, who then decided to quit, and left jagop as owner, but nish didnt want that, so....

so.... too bad. nish gave away ALL of his control and power when he quit. end of story.
