Levels Admin Team: Make 1 inside level and1 outside level with tihs tileset: NPC Admin Team: Make a script of your choice but it must be a special script not a stafftag script or staffboots a special made by your self
Graphics Admin Team: Make an item of your choice
Graphics Animations Team: Make a Gun of your choice (Idle, Walk, Reload, Fire)
Sounds Admin Team: Make a special Gun Fire sound (DON'T STEAL WE CAN CHECK IT)

Not a proper hiring thread. I don't think anyone would apply with this little of information. Nor, would anyone probably want to anyways. How many times have you tried this?

First, don't get all pissy, I wasn't accusing any one person. It's the forum as a whole... As the saying goes, it's not what you say, it's how you say it.

I think you're jumping the trigger way too fast - if people doesn't bother to read the forum rules before posting, then yes, we do complain at them.

In this case, people are attacking him since he's using Utopia's content without permission from Chris, and I think they're bloody damn right about it.

Stefan had informed me and others before that once the server runs out, anyone could buy it and it's content. He told us that when we all were about to desert the symphonia project for our own 3rd party thing. :3

This is illegal and the terms of use would never persist in an law action.

I don't know why CJ is trying to scare off the last user and developer...
How are we ment to develop if our work can be taken anytime when we decide to stop a project? Are we in the udssr here?

I can understand that the files are CJ's out of legal reasons - so they can publish them without a problem - but this is going TOO far.

You rent server time, and as soon as you upload something on that (or any other server), it becomes property of Cyberjoeurs. If you don't like it, don't sign up for an account and definitely don't rent a server.

I'm honestly getting sick of Utopia, as I'm sure you are, too. I never gave anyone permission to use the content. However, I really don't care if they want to. The server will never go anywhere, anyway.

If it makes it any easier, I'll give permission to Veteranspy. I haven't done a thing for Utopia in atleast a year anyway.

The PWA's stand on Utopia is that the content rights belong to Veteranspy. If he chooses to give them away its his call now. Its our understanding that he uploaded the content onto this server for development. PowerProNL is the host server, not the owner. Until such time that Veteranspy contacts one of the PWA and transfers ownership, it will remain that way.

While its true that Stefan could give away anyones content that was no longer used, we do not work that way. We are not going to give away someones work just because they can't pay to rent a server for a few months. As long as owners can be contacted we will still respect the fact the work was done by them and ask for permission for its use. I personally will not sit still and watch people wait for the day a server goes offline then hand their stuff off to someone that just wants a partially completed server to finish and claim as their own.

I miss Graal Ghetto.

Fair enough I suppose. I don't recall giving away permission like that, but I guess I did ;). Wasn't planning on doing anything about the server anyway, I just wish they would wake up and realize Utopia is junk.

This thread has no purpose now anyways, not that we wanted him to post hirings on forums, cause how easily I could find a decent staff roster. Then again, Vet and me had this wild idea to find someone to buy a server solely for Utopia, and we did (how odd o.o)

So its hosted on a different server anyways. This guy just liked abusing our toolset for nonworking purposes. No point in contacting him for a job and/or continuing this thread.
