Question regarding subscriptions

1 Attachment(s)
This may have been brought up before, but I recently purchased the gelat Gk subscription on one of my accounts, and rather than adding the 14 days onto the older subscription, it added it as another subscription. Will I lose one day from both of these each day, or lose the 14 and then the 17 when the previous one has run out (or vise-versa)?

Unfortunately, you will lose both at once. So you only have 3 days more. I still think this should be changed, since the old subscription system was additive aswell.

Wow... that's dumb.

cbk1994 02-19-2008 11:13 PM

It's not? So I wasted like $5 upgrading early?

Next time I shall wait until down to like ... nothing.

This REALLY should be changed.

kia345 02-19-2008 11:25 PM

If so, then I just might take advantage of this.

I paid for 14 days. I expect 14 days to be added to what I've got.

kia345 02-22-2008 12:31 AM

Bumping because you've ignored my support tickets.

napo_p2p 02-22-2008 12:41 AM

Wow that really sucks. The system needs to be fixed ASAP.

Felix_Xenophobe 02-22-2008 01:46 AM

bump for justice

TSAdmin 02-22-2008 03:50 PM

Observe your time as a single day goes past. I noticed the same thing when I added time for myself, and if I remember correctly, I had 12 days left, and added a year, but where 365(6) days would appear, it had 377(8) days, and yes, it did count down as the 12 days counted down, but really, I did still get the extra year.

kia345 02-22-2008 11:52 PM

Both days are still going down.

You'd think something tagged

Bumping because Graal's administration checks neither forums or support tickets periodically. Criminal acts should be treated like the holy grail rather than swept under the rug.

Notice how I gave you guys money for electricity, housing, bread, etc, yet I get nothing in return, because of your lack of warnings and misleading, I don't even get the 2 weeks I paid for. My subscription will run out before my original one does.

CABAL49 02-23-2008 06:27 AM

How do they expect to make money if they don't fix a problem like this?

BigBear3 02-23-2008 07:02 AM

I endorse PoJo completely and will kill any who stand in our way.

Drakeero 02-23-2008 08:10 AM

If this is true, it does count as somewhat dishonest.

TSAdmin 02-23-2008 10:29 AM

Have you tried Forum PMing any of these guys. If they're anying like myself, I like to get notified via e-mail or notification that I have a new message. Might be worth while seeing if any of them will read the Forum PM linking it to this thread.

kia345 02-23-2008 04:34 PM

I leave it up to them to do their job.

cbk1994 02-23-2008 09:23 PM

If I were you I would get my lawyer to attack them, but of course,

And I doubt that one would ever get replied to.

kia345 02-23-2008 11:00 PM

Yeah, I'm suing for a little over $5.

Don't tempt me Graal!

kia345 02-24-2008 03:50 PM

Bumping because I want to see this at least to be acknowledged

Felix_Xenophobe 02-24-2008 05:11 PM

cbk1994 02-24-2008 05:18 PM

If you pay for two weeks, and it runs out before your original subscription does ...

That's some ****ed up ****

Kirble 02-24-2008 07:45 PM

Has it been answered? If not...

I'm glad Houdiniman's such a "Compulsive Support Center Checker", and to think, he was last active yesterday!

They'll check, eventually.

xAzerothx 03-01-2008 01:11 AM

They're avoiding it, they answered my support ticket within the day I posted it.

Duh, and it's ignoring important things such as this that create Veloxs and KuJis

pooper200000 03-01-2008 04:22 AM

I had the same problem with my Zone subscription. He answered saying he would fix it. Then after it ran out he added the extra days of subscription. It took like 2 weeks total.

Vulcan 03-01-2008 05:50 AM

Not every staff member has access to the Billing department of the Support Center. For example, Forum Staff have access to forum tickets and PWA have access to PW tickets. Just because a ticket in one department was answered doesn't mean a ticket in Billing has been ignored. Unixmad is the one who handles the billing issues and from what I understand, he's been busy lately. The issue should be taken care of in due time.

Additionally, if you don't feel that Graal's Billing Support is adequate, you can still dispute payments with your bank and/or PayPal.

Then he should give up on Graal. If he's too busy to even acknowledge problems, he's too busy to handle Graal period.

That's along the lines of what I am thinking.

You can't be too busy to run your own business.

Pimmeh 03-01-2008 07:06 PM

I find it horrible that someone like Stefan didnt even POST in this thread.
I mean, he could easily add your subscription manually and replace the other two with one that has all the days...
SHAME ON YOU!

Vulcan 03-01-2008 11:50 PM

This doesn't need to turn in to a bashing thread. If you have an issue, make a support ticket and it will be taken care of.

Thread Closed.

Admins 03-03-2008 02:23 AM

Just to clarify: The old subscriptions are completely different to the new ones, that's why stacking them isn't working as simple and must sometimes be made manually. In general stacking subscriptions is working fine though.
