A problem
 

Well as it currently stands I just got a new computer and my Comp ID isn't the same so I can't get on Graal with my anubis_wing since I forgot the email I used and even if I remembered I'd have forgotten the pass. The second problem is that I don't know if Graal even works with Vista (Which is my new opperating system). I've asked Stefan if he could change my Comp Id to be the same as my other account (sacredKnight) but I haven't heard back from him. So unless Stefan changes the Comp ID and Vista is able to run Graal I won't be on for a bit. I'll still be active VIA Forums and will keep in touch if my situation changes.
I'd like it if an ET could give Admin rights to Switch so he can be an ET while I'm gone. If I get too many bad reports I'd like him removed. No prizes or anything.
Also, report anything or send me apps if you'd like to try for planet admin and I'll see what can be done.

Lol@Anoobie can't get on ;D. Btw, DD quit graal because he has vista and he lags real bad with it. So not sure if would be able to play.. Though on my labtop thats a vista i can play fine. Guess its all a matter of the computer ram and stuff? :p

my friend got vista, and his computer sucked because it messed up his graphics drive. he said that he got onto the internet and update his computer and now it runs better

can you still get on the old one to verify your new IP huwa can ip check so he can transfer some stuff maybe? stefan has to be involved for the pass thing. make a support ticket before moony comes in and says it >.>

I will check the id thing. Graal works fine on Vista, but you need a quite recent graphics card because Nvidia & Co are not really supporting cards that are older than 1 year anymore.

stefan means he will look further into the computer ID thing. He also said you need a "new" graphics card so you can play graal. Some computers don't have that up to date type of gfx card. So he is saying anubis can play if he gets a gfx card thing.

Ok, thanks. I also tried to change my ID on my other account but the email your website sent me kept saying that it was an invalid passcode to change my ID.

U dont have your old computer anymore?
If you still have it. Just play on that computer. Maybe its slower or something.. Now u never can play with your stuff.

I'll be able to play again, it might take a bit but it'll happen.
Problem is I'd have to get a whole new monitor and power cables for my other computer.

I've been waiting about 2 weeks. I caught Stefan online one day and he said he'd fix it and guess what, still nothing. I'd private message Stefan but that's even more useless then posting it here.
I want my account back, I pay for it and I can't use it because of the stinkin' system :[

Oh dear.... How should we deal with this?!?!?! You know Stefan has other pms to deal with and has more important things to do than help one person when he could be helping a great deal of them. Either go to support.graalonline.com or just wait until he pms you.

Ok approved the computer manually, better switch to an email that is working though.

I'm just saying, it'd take a couple seconds and he does events. He should be on a higher priority, not just special privelages.
Think of it this way:
If Stefan al of a sudden lost all his Graal stuff, would it make sense for Ibonic to get right to him before anyone else?
