I'm amazed you are still in the office at 2:30 in the morning (your time). I may be upset about all these bugs with v5 but I'm putting that aside to thank you for your effort to bring the login server back despite the late hour (I hope I'm right about this x_x).

Well, I mean, it's their job to make sure the servers are running without any problems, regardless of how long they need to stay up to fix the servers. It's their business, and if they want to keep customer satisfaction from dropping, then it's in their responsibility to fix server problems as soon as possible, which they always seem to do so it's nothing new for them to stay up just to fix some problems.

And I'm sure most jobs make sure they don't have to stay up until 3 AM fixing things by making sure their systems are stable and avoiding problems from the get-go. But, on the off chance that the systems do go down, it's the companies responsibility to get their systems back up and running as soon as possible if they have people paying for their service. This is one things that Cyberjouers seems to be good at, getting their servers up and running rather quickly when they crash. But, then again, that is their job, as already stated. |
