Okay, guys, well where to start. As many of you know, Endora has once again been added to the hosted tab, after some major difficulties. One thing I can say to everyone, which describes Endora, and our new staff is, Endoras back with a punch!

We are currently in procces of adding many new features to our Gmap, so all of you good folks could enjoy, but heres a summary of what's been added, and will be added in the near future:

1. Playerhousing - Added (Up and fully running).
2. Classes - Added (Warrior, Mage, and Archer)-(Two more are under development.
3. Crafting - Added (Fully Functional, now you can craft items and sell your crafts for money, or use them for your home.)
4. Lumberjack - Added (Fully Functional).
5. Farming - Under Development (Grow your own crops, and sell them for Graalats or eat them for health!).
6. Teams - Added (You can now level while fighting next to your friends. Type :team help for more info on how to create your own team.)

More features are being added daily, come visit Endora, for the experience of your life!

Clumpy do you have anymore to tell about Endora? Like the story line?

That was planned on old Endora... Is there any newer ideas?

I top that, actualy they were allready up before Endora went down a couple months ago and also the team sytem does not work.

We are adding new ideas, and if you play you will find out as we are trying to add n ew playerhouses- using a reality system and having different jobs besides mining=]

Who does the current development team consist of? Numbers and jobs + what they do. Include yourself :D

Yes, I would like to know what you do on Endora.

A word of advice, if you are going to 'play' the server yourself then do not give yourself 5616554 of everything. Its amazing people still want to play there if you're abusing what power you have to try and make yourself godly, and even more amazing people are willing to try and develop the server.

Also, Endora still needs a lot of work graphically (tileset-wise), get the basics down before you start venturing out into planned projects. Particularly when I walked around the OW some of the tiles strike me as too plain compared to others.

See what I circled in red? Doing that what grass to dirt tiles is really nasty. You don't have to constantly repeat that throughout your paths 1million times. In fact you should only see it rarely.

Their is some other imperfections throughout that level and all through your entire server but I just wanted to point that out considering it just gets annoying that Lats seem to think it needed.

This server is better than Zodiac, but that doesn't say much. If you want to beat Zodiac and have an ever lasting spot on the top 3-4, you need to improve the graphics (tileset is ugly), ganis, and things to do. You're basically at an advantage because you can take all of Zodiac's good points and improve it even more without losing anything. If Zodiac wanted to do the same, they'd probably have to have another reset.

I hope there is going to be a new gui image Made :P

So any advice on what we should add.

just an note to anyone playing or will be playing in the near future.

don't mind asking things to the staff, they will leave all of your questions unanswered.

then the events team member like "sleek" this guy randomly kicks members if they do not do what is being told lol.

example.

there was a bush race where I, and Tyra and Mini competed in. i was almost at the finish till this tyra(which is also an staff member) started warping to me, blocking my view. bla bla and all that.
so i said " i aint moving till u move away" lol then this Event team member kicks me from the event.

Im just saying, this is another one of this "friends-friends" servers, who aint giving **** out to newcomers.
they cheat with tickets.
cheat with npcs.
blah blah, u know the trick.

my point of view
a score 1-10.

i give it a 4.
the reason it is still that high is that it has decent quest, but alot of them are ripped from zodiac.

I think you should really reconsider the management because of what I hear, most staff abuse their rights. I heard this off a member of staff. Oh, and that tileset, get rid of it. It's disgusting. There was an earlier one being used which is much nicer.

I agree. Jigga banned me (I don't like his pw revival policy) than falsified the reason as "had non player items": which can only be added by scripts or possibly planted by staff. In anycase, it was unjustified and MD (<3) unbanned me.

The point being, staff don't quite understand the new limits they have now that they are on hosted. Perhaps a PWA needs to run over the restrictions now in place...

id say hire, some mature admins.

i've noticed alot lately that most of the time, staff is being picked pure out of favouritism.
While it used to be the way people were hired based on their skills, and what they have proven so far.
nowadays it goes like "let's hire him cause we think he's cool".

Everyone I'm sorry for my actions, I did make some poor descions now please help me as I change my additude..

Should I fire all/most staff and start hiring new staff that might not "abuse"?

Why don't you just fire all the unprofessional staff, and keep the professional staff bassed purely on talent? Just a thought, as thats what most servers do :asleep:

Yes and it's probably to do with KuJi's revenge against MD or something.

I checked out the website to see if their reasons were still the exact, pathetic same. It's basically a guestbook and on it, it had someone, presumably KuJi, saying that he targeted Shangri-La because MD quit on them. MD being the manager of Endora aswell can only be the reason why it has been hit so many times.

No offense to MD though and I'm not blaming him, he shouldn't have to put up with it.

There is a red and green gui and the red is showing that you are in a player-vs-player area I guess

The idea behind it is good but the graphics are not that appealing. Since I'm a graphics designer at Endora, I'll probably find time to make a new one which will be compatible with the system.

the server is again down, or hacked, what is it.

Just would like to say a 5 year old could best Zodiac's tileset.
