Stronger Monsters
 
GK needs stronger monsters that give more exp. I'm tired of circling the gmap looking for lords that take about 3-6 hours to get a level from them. It will help all the newer players or the people who didn't abuse the party bug a chance to catch up and possibly draw a few new players as well. Kingdoms just gets so boring with everyone in pmode and it might encourage them to go bmode if they can level up faster

I agree, And if more people can level they will go bmode once i hit level 35 - 40 i went bmode.

just make some story

a Crazy alchemist/professor started to clone Skelletons with Lords genes
after his succesfull creation the creature became out of controll one ate the alchemist/professor

now the Kingdom Server arent save anymore! the travles from kingdomt o kingdom and nukes down everything he sees


(so u have to travle to kingdom island to kill it)

How about just making islands beyond the five Kingdom's? which are full of monsters of different levels and experience yeilds. These islands would not have the normal towns we see around main, they should just be small outpost which the kingdom that the island is nearest to has control over (this does not mean other kingdom members can't come there, but if the other kingdom is an enemy to the controlling kingdom they can't enter the outpost). Beyond the outpost would be different types of terrain, depending on the island. Each island would have their own unique monsters and some similar. Some islands would be desert like, others jungles and some just the normal grassland.

Especially since Phys, Magic and Wisdom are almost near impossible to get to 107 from 1.

yes more powerful mosters would be good, cause after like lvl 20 its starts to get long to lvl :/
Ex of powerful mosnters: Enemie gods(lvl 130)( xD party it up), gods minions(angels demons,etc)
HUman enemies: Wizards, warriors, gladiator,etc

i have more ideas if poeple are interested

Stronger monsters have been brought up many times before. Though I guess it doesn't hurt to try again.

I just want to say that if someone does add stronger monsters. I hope they use the monsters that the different gods are strong against.

IE:
Gov= Goblin and Giant
Ogma= Fairy and Dwarf
Dian Cecht= Demon (Already works.)
Bile= None
etc...

Thats all the ones I had on hand.

You have to be careful when adding stronger monsters because i'm sure no one wants GK to be as easy to get to the maximum level as Zodiac is.

If you work at it it doesn't take that long. It does take a lot of time, but it should. I'm at 49 phys legitimately. If I worked at it for a little while I could be at 60 before long. I could definitely be at 60 before 2008 which would disprove your 6 year theory. (I know it wasn't meant to be a real number, I think?)

I have to agree on that it should not be as easy as zodiac. I just think we need slightly more XP and more different monsters.

Either rare ones that are bigger, or decent ones that are more numerous.

Yeah, I agree with Sage. We need those stuff to slay. Otherwise theres not point on having the ability to slay a ogre if there isnt one.
But I don't think we should have new islands. Making 4 or 5 new overworlds is too much hastle.

It should be easier than it currently is to level so the players can catch up with the people who abused the party glitch to help balance out the power in the server. I'm not saying to make it so it takes a week to level up completly but more like 5-6 months

I've suggested something like this before. I was also thinking alibino monsters. Maybe new MAPS! Such as a hell map, or even event map with event monsters that EM's would give out. You could use the current scripts and make more maps.

Someone brought up the event map a while back. I liked that idea. The prize for completeing it could be an EC. I know some people argued that it doesn't guarantee the EC for everyone, but winning an event doesn't always guarantee an EC either.

I think the new maps, monsters in the kingdom dungeons, new dungeons, or new caves would all be good ideas.

MajinDragon, I really love your idea about adding monsters on islands past the kingdom islands.

I can almost imagine it! Rural lands just littered with monsters and roaming enemies of a higher difficulty. Each of the islands having NO shops, NO mines, and NO houses. You could only get there by boat or dirigible and can only get off likewise. Of course you could make boats there at only one point to prevent being stuck helpless.

TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Kudos.

I agree, you have nothing on that island only monster yourself and other players and you have to try and stay alive.

Incorrect. The only reason why they've not been put in is because they don't exist yet. Nobody has made sprites / ganis / scripts for any yet. If you want more monsters, pitch in and make some.

The size of a monster does not determine it's strength. Look at lords, they are quite big, yet they are slain easily.

I actually agree with that, except i think that as soon as you enter the rural islands, pmode should not exist; so if you were pmode when you enterred, you'd be automatically switched into bmode.

Ok, well when I have Debug added, I plan on finishing what Bjorn has asked me to. And then I plan on working on new Monsters and such things like that. Maybe you guys could post Types of Monsters and things like that, with Names and possibly Pictures, to help me out for the -near- future? :)

I'll have to think and am rather uncreative :noob: ... but I just had to say this is some of the best news I've heard for GK in a while. I'm sure you'll get some great ideas.

A while ago i think there was talk about adding npc pirates with different levels of pirates.Also said earlier give use to slay from bessings with giants and goblins. From what i understand the map should be expanded any ways so why not add a few islands. If there was an island were you could pk then i would suggest an outpost that is non pk so after intense battles players could retreat. For transportation a ferry could take people to an outpost.

I agree with that, more humanoid enemies would be nice, some of the ones you've sudgested are good, but imo vampires would not be that good.
