why is the blade green?

Well :X It Was Supposed To Have Been Covered With Posion :whatever: But I Made It Too Light :P I Could But The Blade Near The Handle So You Could See That It's Covered :o

Okay, maybe I'm not a fan of minimalist art per say, but I usually enjoy minimalistic behaviours as a whole. Minimalist art doesn't take long to make anyway, as our dear friend shad has proven.

Well shad, seeing as you're telling us you've only spent 10-15 minutes on this and its your first graphic ever, have you ever thought of sitting down and spending time to actually re-do it? I personally agree with lance...if your going to make something look like it has poison on it, it wouldnt cover the whole blade...make it so it has a green liquid substance covering parts of the metal blade. And for what you have right now...it doesnt even look like poison...it looks like...green rock candy?
