Two diffrent kinds of revolvers I made :o it's been a while since I've made anything. Tell me which is better top or bottom.

EDIT: how?

Zero Hour 05-08-2006 12:16 AM

Looks great. :) Top is best, but I can tell you how to improve the bottom (so easy :P).

I've neved seen a revolver without the 'revolving' part ;)
Nice gfx though

What the **** are you talking about?

Anyway... The up perspective is wrong on both of them, also you only flipped the left sprite, right (or vice versa) the light source isn't uniform. Tsk.

The second one doesn't look like a 'revolver'

the second one looks more like a silenced semi automatic pistol (with a lazer sight), not a revolver (the thing you play Russian Roulette with).

Instead of looking at the second revolver, as you said to in your original post, he looked at your revolvers and the semi-automatic you have in your signature, not noticing the thin black line.

His bad.

Making him look like a dumb a** and giving us a good laugh. :D

lancelot9 05-11-2006 02:01 AM

try making the revolving part not outlined in black...

lancelot9 05-11-2006 02:08 AM

Here, i edited a bit, hope ya dont mind...

But i changed the handle a little and the shading on the revolving part..

this is a very nice gun... I wish you wouldve worked on Icarus when we where still around

Skrobo2 05-11-2006 02:08 AM

Indeed. Just got through posting in another thread about how smoother it looks when you use a relative color and not a black outline. :p

Xzerowing 05-11-2006 10:20 PM

Wow that's a nice edit lance :P
I was working on Mal at that time I think, but yeah I have a bad habit with black outlines.
