I know there is already one but it is an "update" :D
Step 1 :
Download Animagic, you can find it on all download sites.

Step 2 :

Open it :D

Step 3 :

Open your file.

Step 4 :

Make your head and set thebackground to light green or another colour.(Be sure you don't use the background colour with a colour you put on the head).Save it as a .GIF

Step 5 :

Open it with Animagic!

Step 6 :

When you clicked on it, click on the lightgreen (or the colour you used for background) and ....TADADA Trans is set.Then save it somewhere in your folders.Not finish keep reading.

Step 8 :
Now to turn it into a .mng or .png by downloading gif2mng.exe.
You can find it in the update thing on the login page :

Step 9 :
Now take your file (head, shield, body, etc....)
And drag it in the gif2mng.exe and a popup will show up for like 0.5 second :

I prefer Giffy, much simpler and it can trans bmps too xP It can also make then interlaced...not really sure what that means though, of all the times I've seen it. Plus Giffy doesnt screw up the colors like yours seems to do with all those screenshots.
