xD Well i think we should have Jetpack fuel at costs like 500$ a quater full and stuff because jetpack noobs like to take the piss in flying away wenever i come near xD They fly in pipe fly off or saber wichever they thinks sexyest :P Weres da fun in dat .. plus ive also got loads of money so it wudnt effect me greatly xD OBEY ME!!! Watever happend to the "Money trading" idea that was good :P

a gas station/fuel for the jetpack thing IS GENIOUS

friggin energy cost is mad ***.........people run way too much in the game, atleast from when i played, and im sure it hasnt changed in the short period of time

Sounds like the issue is with pipebombs, not jetpacks.

It's not pipebombs, it's jetpacks and pipe bombs... Pipebombs will kill in 1 hit but if they are outclassed they will switch to jetpack on their other key and run away to a safe distance, heal, and come back... It's very annoying...

i think its a bad idea. if its free fuel and csan run out easily i think its good but if its expensive it sucks

Pipebombs are easy to kill, but the pipebomb/jetpack combo is overpowered...
Yes, I was talking about a gas station with free refills...

ya this way on the field of play you only get 100% of gas for the jetpack, then thats it, you cant run off anymore

I bet everyone who doesn't like this idea are those that lame with jetpacks. I agree this gas station is amazing. Maybe though not re-fill it for money EVERY time? Every time you got to the Map you can use your jetpack for either:
5 Seconds-Can costs 500Gold
15 Seconds-Can costs 900Gold
20 Seconds-Can costs 1300Gold

Every 20 times you run out and go back onto the Map you need to buy a refill then for 200Gold?

No.
It's pretty obvious why.
Plus, I only play when I visit now, what happens when I find that I can't fly to where my friends are?

Actually your idea was much to big for zone. You should try applying for a major corporation that has unlimited supplies and staff to make all of your ideas. This idea I must say is better then any that I have seen of yours :). As the makers of it have much more online time then you do so they know about being *in-game* more then you :)

Majority of Zone players demonstrate their intellegence quota far below normal human existence. They know how to UTILIZE the game mechanics to their advantage, but they dont truely know how it works to the extent. I do. I code this sort of ****, i'm fairly sure I have an adequate knowledge to make good, wholesome ideas about it.

And since we're on the subject of removing "lame" things from the game, why dont I suggest that we remove appierces, any event/pistol/weapon that fires more than a bullet at a time and give zone a complete reset? Sure, i'd like to see that done, and i'm sure you'd like to see this idea done, but fact is - it aint happening. Oh yeah, I like the idea of having to refill it instead of it costing energy, that way you can use Melee weapons *cough*Muramasa*cough* With jetpack more efficiently since you don't have to waste energy on the jetpack.

sorry, gas usage seems more realistic to me...if you want a game thats completely fake, even if futuristic cause nothing is forever, than...thats pretty bad...

Im guessing that if we don't get to use energy for it, then we'd get enough fuel for double the boost time (200 energy) so that's pretty good.

Well, as I explained in some other post, the energy used in Zone is energy from your body, thats why Melee weapons use the same energy as Lasers, though yeah, I doubt the same type of energy works for propultion.

Oh and remember...the fuel used for the jetpacks would have to be from Iraq, the U.S. ran out of oil, so...a moment of silence, for all those lost in the great Iraqi war of 2048.

Probally uses uranium some how so your body slowly melts away and they take the jetpack and resell it, Thats why they never run out of stock lol... But i think it should take Jet Fuel $100 for 120Seconds, thats $0.83333333333333333333333333333333 a second a very good price.

Well Huwajux, I'm not saying we spend more than the original 7500 money, it's just a way to limit zone and make it more realistic, the gas would be free since in the future they'll have hydrogen fuel but sooner or later you're going to need to refill on whatever supply of energy...

Games aren't supposed to be realistic. They are (For some people) an alternate world which they can enter. Ehem, how about just make it limited yet you can restock for free.
I think that's already been suggested, but nobody listens to them. >_>
