Kingdom Cloaks
 

The idea has been kicking around a bit and I thought perhaps I'd put it up here.

How about specialty kingdom cloaks? Not like normal kingdom items which are usually very rare, but maybe a little different. Cloaks just for look, each with an appropriate color and symbol maybe. The CP one could be black with the skull and crossbones on the back. These cloaks could be perhaps given to or crafted ONLY by kingdom members (in other words only when tag is on) and perhaps can only be worn when one is wearing a tag. Could really be fun in RP battles where you see the two sides charging eachother each showing their kingdom color and symbol.

I'm already thinking of a design for a Dustari Cloak.

The problem with kingdom items is that people dont stick with their kingdom and sell it.
Id like something like that only wearable with right tag x.x

Yeah it can be like an item you cant drop. Only wearable on tag, and untradeable.

There has been talk of kingdom cloaks for looks. They should only be available for kingdom members.

Or perhaps kingdom items to re-gfx your cloaks. Kinda like how a dye would change the color of cloth.

I like that alot. Like you can change the GFX of your CoMP or whatever to be the kingdom colors...
But with a catch. When you do that it becomes unusable by other people. Same effects as a prepped weapon essentially. This would prevent trading of the kingdom cloaks. I suppose you could make it a bit of a prestige item in a kingdom. You don't get the dye until youve proven that you're loyal to your kingdom, thus making it less likely you'll jump to other kingdoms just to get their dyes.

I like it, I just don't like the way that the capes look from the sides.

The rips are cool, but the part covering the mouth...looks like a gas mask or something.

I LOVE the torn clothing (i wouldn't of thought of that) but it still looks as if the guy has like some kind of ball of cloth in his mouth >.< once we can decide on a way to have the top peice set as, i'll 'sekc' it up ;O...and where the hell is the 'gfx' person on gk?...anyway oasa we need to figure out a way to make it look like the guy isn't sucking on a cloth ball, lol..;

I've been thinking of something like this for a Dustarian Cloak, there's supposed to be little shoulder thingies on it, but they're being covered by my head/hair, I'll have to move them / make them bigger (since they don't seem to be covering the shoulders where they are anyway.

looks good :D i like that gold part at the bottom, it's pretty sekc :) maybe add Dustari's symbol on the back? (if it has a symbol)

I like it how it is. Gold and red go well together.

ya, i no...i told u it was sekc...but i think a gold symbol representing Dustari would look good in the middle of the cape thing...

Both of those are really good. I hope they actually get online =x. If I had something like that as a cloak, I don't think it would exactly need stats. They are really cool as is.

Agree both are very nice. Main problem will be to realize the animation.

Aye, I've only got one frame done so far, the animating will be a bit of a pain.

Never said it would be done quickly, especially with classes starting again tomorrow, but I'll work on it when I can.

Thats why that dyeing idea is so great. It just keeps the stats of whatever cloak you dye.

xD, last message I said was no good, I agree those are great, you are good artists, even if it takes a while it will be worth it, and stats arent exactly needed, they are just for looks after all

I couldn't possibly think of a Forest cloak idea. A cloak with a tree symbol on the back. Hm.

Oasa you cape is awesome only thing i dont like is the eye patch that comes with it
