It's That Time Of Year Again
 

Well people, it's that time of year (or close to it anyway.) And so i've made some bombs ^^. Just like on Halloween these would only be able to be bought around Christmas time(If there put in). First is the Ordament (you hang them on your tree.) These would be a regular bomb, stats of;

Name: Christmas Ordament
Speed: (same as pipes)
Damage: 38
Ammo: Bought in shop (the ordament) for $13 for 5
Details: Limited to 100

This one is the one i really like ^^. It's a present, of course. But this doesn't fall under the 'man i can't wait to get this present'. This would work by;

When you Equip the 'Present' you MUST equip another bomb to either 'S' or 'D'. When you go to use this 'Present' you lay it down like a mine (unfolded box first) and the box will just sit there, until you, place bombs in it (like i mentioned, YOU must equip another bomb to the empty slot 'S' or 'D', Then once the box is layed out, you press 'S' or 'D' button to place as many bombs in the present as you want (cannot be proxi's) then once your done, you press the 'S' or 'D' button (which ever the present is equiped to) to fold the present up). Then the gani of the box being folded, and such will be played. Now the box will be in the form of a 'Present'. Once this has happened you should be allowed to carry the 'Present' around,(the present becomes 2 handed once it's picked up) and toss it around like you would a barrel (except if the present doesn't hit an object/player then it won't explode) 'S' would toss/throw the present, while 'D' would give the enemy/another player the present (The person with the present must be right next to the enemy/player to hand the present off). Once the enemy has the 'Present' he/she has maybe 20-30 sec. (a clock will count down above there head) to hand it off to an enemy/teammate (it will continue like this until the 'Present' blows up, and once the 'Present' is handed off, it can hurt anyone when it explodes (including yourself/enemy/teammates))

Name: Christmas Present
Speed: (throwin = barrel speed) (givin the present off = medic speed)
Ammo: Present Box's (in shop)
Damage: (Does the same damage that the bombs inside would do)
Description: limited to 100 'Present' box's.

Let me no if you guys like the idea(s). Or if i need to make the Gfx look better ^^ (Maybe the present needs to be bigger?)

Perhaps "Ornament" would be a better name. Sounds fun, though.

I like the ideas though. Should be able to put more than one bomb in a present, like three or so. But who in their right mind would pick up a present if they knew it'd kill them?

Brilliant GFX as always, but the inital weapon/s design leaves alot to be considered.

Sayain tell me that ain't as good as the holloween bomb cuz that aint good cuz there lame ....

I like the ideas. I got an idea myself. Its a snowman that when an enemy walks within 2 tiles of it (I dont know what a tile really is)the snowman blows up doing 25 damage to any opponent near it.

that would be awesome if the speeders on iricia/zone wars became like santa sleighs and reindeer for 1 day =D

ROFL jar-jar. That would be fun, have some snowmen in Iricia.
! was thinking, perhaps we could have a christmas tree in all dropships, like you dop in you home. Also, give each trader a santa hat. :)

2 tiles? Then you would have to stand right next to it, to get hurt. Who in there right mind would do that? Isn't it just like a proximity mine?
Perhaps they could replace proxies for christmas. (But don't turn invisible)

Hmm, the Christmas present is like that Smurf guy who always gave exploding presents.. Maybe make it so that if you give a present, inside could have money or inactive grenades, so that when you recieve a present, you either get money, grenades or an exploding grenade... you choose :).

The ornament is pretty sweet.. Make it have a green and red explosion? xD

Also, when you give a present, you also have to unwrap it... so probably you have to have the opening gani, the wrapping gani, the giving gani, and the receiving gani, I guess...

When you receive a present, maybe the giver automatically says Merry Christmas!, and whenever the receiver gets the present, they say Thank You!.

Then, when the receiver opens the present on the ground, they say what they got, unless it's an exploding grenade. Ex: You received $1000! or Ex: You received 25 fraggrenades!

Then whoever gets a good present will be happy :)
