I just rammed the pirate ship a few minutes ago. And got some pirates stuck, that'll teach them to get cannons to shoot down my boat!

When you are bored you could draw
graphics for the ships for the other kingdoms :-)

oh I think you should make the boats a tad big bigger and Do something with that mass it doesnt quite fit =/ and it moves

Yes kindoms have their own boats.
Making it bigger wouldn't be good,
there are still little problems of warping
which get bigger when the ship is
bigger.

So the big big pirate ship could move
maybe you can some sort of dectection system using the worldmap. So like when a ship comes close to land on another level it warps only as much of the boat untill it hits land (impossiable?)
