As many of you know it, I have been appointed the job of FAQ for Zone. My job started two days ago, and I figured I would create this thread to better help the players that currently play Zone and those that dont, or are debating on whether or not they want to start playing.

How this works:

Ask me a Zone related question and I'll do my best to answer it as soon as possible.

Why make this thread?

Well, I've noticed that not everyone that gives ideas/views/posts on this section of the forums (Zone section) actually play the server. I figure I could allow everyone to ask questions about the server, so you could know how things work, and maybe someday want to try it out yourself.

PLEASE ONLY POST ZONE RELATED QUESTIONS. ANY OTHER POSTS WILL BE REMOVED. THIS IS A QUESTION AND ANSWER THREAD, NOT A THREAD TO DISCUSS THINGS. YOU ASK, I ANSWER, AND THEN IF YOU ARE STILL NOT CERTAIN ABOUT WHAT I MEANT, THEN YOU CAN ASK ME TO REPHRASE MY ANSWER, AND I'LL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO DO SO.

whats the exact stats on the throwing knives and the R51?

R51:

4 shots per clip
About 35-40 dmg

Throwing Knives:

5 shots per energy recharge (5 shots before you get 0 energy and you are forced to recharge)
35 dmg

35-40 dmg isnt very precise......how much is a single bullet?

R51 takes 24 hitpoints, but you can shoot 2 bullets at once

How do you get double weapons like I see others with?

Just put them on both hands S and D, only works for pistols

when's sniper goin' to be put in game? and how much will it be?

a question :D how much damage does the bluerifle?

the blue riffle does 15 damage for the little bullets, not sure for the one you charge up.

I've tried everything! Reinstalling graal, restarting computer but i cant seem to get the tiles to load for me on the new maps =/

When will the bug where people can use guns while using the hovercrafts to absorb damage be fixed?

It's not a bug. For a few weeks/month(s) now, players have been able to shoot/attack while driving the hoverbike.

It isn't a bug, but people do abuse this as they'll 'park' at a place and use the weapons to 'lame' people who come there.

They dont abuse it, they just like to lame people with it.

Do you know of a lag reducer for aol users? Or some other way for me to be able to see the new worlds and places properly??

Use v3 (Graal version 3)

Where do you get v3?

Run graal setup.exe and click to download v3 (graal 3d files)

And so starts the.....2 hour wait of downloading all this on aol -_- oh well

graal v3 wont work for me, I downloaded it and it wont open =/ anything else to help me play zone again?

What're your computer specs?
Graal3 takes awhile to load for most users.

yes, it also depends on what options you chose to install. the bigger the file, the longer it'll take to install.

Ok.. i got a question which is better ot stronger red pistoles or blue?

blue pistole is but red pistole shoots out more bullets.

why is it better tho????

Blue Pistole: Shoots 2 bullets (25 dmg per bullet?)

Red Pistole: Shoots 4 bullets (12 dmg per bullet?)

Red pistole is appirces that shoots energy instead of bullets preety much.

Blue Pistole is appripper that shoots energy instead of bullets preety much.

They are equal.
The blue pistoles shoot out a thinner range than the red pistoles. Their shots are smaller. Yet, due to the lack of accuracy it comes with strength. Each plasma bullet does 20 damage to the opponent.
The red pistoles shoot out a wider range than the blue pistoles. They have larger plasma bullets than the blue pistoles. This increase of accuracy dubs down on it's power. Each plasma bullet does 10 damage to the opponent.
They both have the same tile speed and both have an ammo clip of 12.
It is a matter of whether you prefer more accurate weaker attacks, or less accurate stronger attacks.

Sorry, I have tested and watched this many times. Both shoot 2 bullets. (shoot a wall and look at the blue dots) They both do 40 dmg. Redpistoles cover more space but are less accurate. Bluepistoles cover more space and are more accurate. Stefan please correct me if I am wrong.

for 1...you cant say "stefan" correct me if im wrong cause basically you are trying to end the argument...

and i believe bluepistols cover 'less' space

1st of all the red pistols shoot 4 bullets. Actually looking at the bullets rather than the blue dots would be a better conformation of this.

I simply mis-spoke. Test it out dark. Shoot a wall and 2 blue dots will appear. Those two dots are where it would have hit. You're mistaken beceause Redpistole bullets move in a criss-cross pattern, and yes Touya, I was trying to end the argument. arguements=bad, discussions=good

i dunno what exactly goes on...all i know is when im fighting against them, 4 bullets hit me...not 2...so unless 2 split into 4 after the shot, they shoot 4 to begin with...

.... Check your options.... They shoot 4. If they shot 2 then you your saying that they can only hit 20HP max. Yet, mostly everyone has experienced being hit with more then 20hp.

No, they shoot 2 large bullets... if you shoot a wall it will show 2 blue dots. those blue dots are where it would have hit a person. but each bullet does 20 dmg

No, they shoot 4 bullets. Can't seem to get that through to you.
