Dustari: From the Beginning 'Til Now
 

Decided to do a little family line of the rulers of Dustari. It's sort of brief, and maybe not include everything. Thanks to Ed for looking it over for me. This is in chronological order btw.

Hurumi's step brother. He had adopted Hurumi long long ago but couldn't provide her with what she needed, so left her for adoption.

You are correct, Hurumi. Kamuii Nightrose, Saria Nightrose, and Henry Nightrose were the final true rulers of "Old Lands" Dustari. Henry's brother, Charles Amelyn, avenged his death and became the leader of the "New Lands" Dustari.

I'll have to do one of these for the Durime Family. All four members ><

I seem to be related to everyone from different families...wouldn't be surprised if you somehow became my uncle or something.

Well my char is half demon, half angel, so...she's been around since a long LONG time now.

That is prolly why LIVER SOUP O_O doesn't taste bad for you =P

More or less correct minus a couple errors.

I was in fact in power for a decent deal of time on Kingdoms, until Peter (Aftershock) and I came to a mutual agreement that I simply didn't have the time or energy to spend on Kingdoms and I was doing nothing but contributing to the downfall of the Kingdom, so I stepped down and he took over. :) So, the Nightrose dynasty (via its first sovereign) did in fact exist on Kingdoms before the Amelyns. :)

Oh that's great Hurumi. Well done! Zormite tried to start something similiar ages ago, but with all the families n' stuff.

Wren's last name should be Archigos. Its switched around. And I am not as sure for the other 2 Archigos members there, but I dont see how anybody would have Archigos for their middle name because that would denote that they were of my bloodline and married into the Sagesun family? As far as I know, that didnt ever occur did it?

Razelle was a Sagesun also, I believe (I forget how she started carrying that name as her middle name, but nonetheless she was my wife).

Wren's last name is Archigos, Hurumi just typed it the wrong way round. But in the picture, Wren's last name says 'Archigos', but just been cut out.

I just think it would be better to include G2k1. Otherwise, good job.

I'd like to see someone work on a screenshot one of 2k1 - even though I really was around during the end of that (literally :[), I've heard some cool stories by the really oldbie players.

For some reason it won't let me edit my own post....i tried to fix the lastname but it goes "your msg is too short, it has to be at least 10 letters long." x___x;

Zen: Zanna/Akira are daughters are Wren or so I'm told. Jagen is adopted, so he doesn't have Archigos in his name<-Wren said.

Stick to one family, not 900.

And I'm tired of "half demon half angel half craphead" characters. PICK ONE RACE, PICK ONE AGE, PICK ONE FAMILY.

Hurumi I have nothing against you, but COME ON. I expect better out of you. What happened to the days when you could RP a normal person ?

I have no expectations from you...maybe you shouldn't have any for me either. RP a normal person? Normal as in what, a pureblooded human being? -_- Does rping a half___ and half___ make that character not normal? -.-;;;; Sticking to one race can be boring to some people, what's wrong with adding twists to it?

It's only really 3 families. Amelyn, Nightrose, Sagesun. She's really an Amelyn, her name was just switched to Nightrose when she got married. Then she got adopted by Zoe Sagesun, so lastname changes.

I just like a broader range and not have limits i suppose


No offense, but this thread is sort of a Dustarian history thing, not much to do with the races,age,families...etc. Might seem a bit confusing but that's just how it goes.

Your clinging to royalty and crappy cliche stories.. Why don't you either rp a normal person or how about something you know, original.

Or, you could take your two cents, and put them elsewhere, since it's her character, and her decision.

Back on topic: It's a nice history, and a bit informational for those who may not have been around for all of Dustari's history. Good work.

Well I did quit royalty for a bit =_=; and it's just so happens a Queen decides to adopt me after when I came back. And I was in CP before too, it's just that I didn't include it here because this is about Dustari, not my char.

And what crappy cliche stories? I think you need to do your complaints about my char elsewhere, you don't see me making comments about you rping an orc.

I was married to Prince Bitty once (as another character, named Rasha) but he called himself Duke Bitty Frostwind then. ^^ I really miss good guys like Bitty.

Also, history will bear out that King Tseng didn't actually marry Queen Calani, he simply crowned her in a store as I recall, rather unceremoniously, then some time after began courting ladies from distant lands. Princess Zoe Sagesun, rising to her influence, could not abide the scandal and I'm told she forced her father's hand in seperating the non-queen from her crown.

Ed fits in easily, and pretty much anywhere as the self appointed <insert 'wizard slash groupie -sort of- mystically appearing, socially accepted, party dewd guy' word here> and conversation piece at most royal gatherings, both formal and informal. :cool:

Yes, I mostly identify Ed with Merlin from the era of King Arthur, myself..

I identify Ed as someone who gave way to much for one event coin and thus made me get a reasonable AC! I can't really identify Ed with someone because he's to mysterious.

Just the idea of those two mating kind of confuses me
Considering what they are, if you really look at it, what are the honest chances?
Even saying it was possible, they're practically the exact opposite of each other

I'm guessing Humuri's character must be the most bipolar creation to hit this world

Her years being royalty is just a short interval in her long life span. And I did start off rping a human back on G2k1, and you should know since we used to play that server together with a mutual friend of ours. So...you said start off like everyone else and rp a human -> did that.
