I dunno...

I'm really beginning to loose interest in pixeling, I'm loosing my motivation.

Well, I wanted to try something new so I pixelled this up:
Oh, and I plan to do a full body pixel soon.

Yeah never give up on graphic man, once you get cable youl see the light and use insain colors like me ;). YOUL SEE IT I TELLS YA!!!

What does your connection speed have to do with interest in making graphics? :confused:

Also, about the graphic. Very nice.

I love Wind Waker too, it's nice. The only thing I have to say is use brighter colors and a bit thicker outlines.

Looks good, I should go and try and finish that game. :\

It's nice, but i hate Windwaker it's not anything like past zelda games.

Umm..

Well, graphicswise of course. Beyond that, it really focuses on sidequesting rather than the main story, but it's still Zelda. :)

HA!! I KNEW IT YOU ALL WOULDENT UNDERSTAND!!!:p But ok then lol. I shal explain my reasoning to all of joo! Pixeling means using less colors thats what dusty does and uses as few colors as possable. Thus making the file smaller, thus having cable will allow you to make images with more colors and detail and you will be able to send them in a quicker ammount of time! Dusty has 56k there for him sending large color and detailed imaged would take for ever. I should know I USED to have 56k.


Now for the roms and mp3s relation stuff. They both are illegal, well mp3s that are copyrighted are. They both usually are on sites that have illegal stuff [badsite]mp3s, roms, hacks, porn get it now at the ubermistros ubersuber!!!!! site!!![/badsite now]. There you go so theres my reasoning for mp3s and roms being related, IM NOT CRAZY SEE!!!:rolleyes:

So what your saying is, Dusty makes real pixel works whilst you dont? Because on your church you used 5432345345234554766587768 colors.

Well actually a number of that I did pixel parts and areas look real close at those bricks.. Near the end I had learned how to use psp7 from a friend, and I used psp7 a tad. I can do pixel work too if I wanted I just like using lots of colors and on most of my projects I make outlines now before I start to color it in "and those things." I AM A COLOR MAD MAN AND IM PROUD OF IT!!!! :p

Did you do the coloring of your church with a 1pixel pencil tool or a brush? :whatever:

It took a very long time to make that church and there were so many steps involved and I did this over a period of months working on that church now and then. I dont really remember how I did everything. Now that I got psp7 I can make stuff as detailed as that in a matter of hours.

Anyway back to topic yeah dusty it looks great.

Do you honestly think I used brushs to make this? Maybe I used 1 pixel bush/sort of thing but all it did was shade things for me when I first made the jetpack I made an outline and colored in the lines with 1 color. Then I shaded it 1 pixel at a time in psp7 so its like extreme pixeling very fast ;).

I thought pixeling was making things with pixels instead of filters and brushes.... o.O

I'm not using brushs or filters its like a bush but I cant tell you because I'm sworn to secretricy!!! SRY.

If you didn't use brushes on this then you have WAY too much time on your hands ;x

I do infact have lots of time on my hands ^_^. Yeah when I first started making that church I was working from pictures then I started making my own stuff but yeah Its all me pretty much. You can make any graphic very easly as long as you have a good outline and shade it well in psp7.

I consider traditional pixel art that of which you account for every pixel and every color.

With brushes it adds many colors, you didn't control that now did you?

The whole reason for pixel art was because of the limitations of consoles, now that consoles have no limit to colors almost, people begin to loose sight of what pixel art originally was.

But no donald, I don't think what do you is considered traditional pixel art, mainly because you do no place every pixel down yourself, and you do not know the colors you're using.

We all make graphic in different ways. To each his own my friend.

But there are ethics to how they are to be rightfully performed.

There is a reason why each art has it's own title.

There is also a reason why I dont have art eithics, BECAUSE I ARE FREEE AND THAT IS WHAT ART IS ABOUT!!!!!! The impressionist artist did things different and so will I!

there are light and darken tools in psp that can be used at various settings to give a shadow/light effect to a picture (bloo kat uses these alot) and i would "guess" that donald does too probably also the smudge tool

Yeah umm I learned from a friend who wishs to remain annomis unless I ask him if its ok.

an educated guess would be bloo kat... i dont see many others who use that "style"... but its pretty easy to understand just that most people don't seem to know the tools are there

p.s its still not classed as pixelating

I said its like pixeling.

am not going to argue over this... but it obviously isnt "like" pixeling at all ... the tool does everything for you... you just set the opacity,etc then point and click

Um, if you want to call your work pixel art then it should be able to be sent through 28k...

Unlike Donalds 1mb files he sends over aim :x
