Hey guys, guess what... Adiarde need your help.. if you can do good graphics, please contact me. I will list my contacts on the bottom of this post.

What i mostly need is: Icons, and someone to finish our body template.

Also, if you seen any of the flowers (especially the small ones) somewhere, tell me and i will remove it..

I were making small ones, then i took it and copy paste so it would be many flowers in 1 tile, when it was done... it looked extremly familliar.. so if you have seen any of it before, tell me please.

Take a look at your post where you bashed me in the GFX forums.. oh wait, theres no bash anymore.. why? Think about it.. someone (Mr. Scriptmonkey) seems to not want you to.. just popup in my threads, and starting to bash me... that's something someone without a life would do.. why not go out and take a deep breath instead of bashing me? And Tyrial, I thought you did graphics. How come you need more graphic makers, when you were making the graphics of your server?

Why does fence remind me so much of.. Oasis? (I belive they had that type of fence) same goes for Grass..

And those flowers are pretty meh.

I fail to see the likeness in the grass.. the fence? Just something i saw in a ranch once in Armenia.. will proablly change it when i see something better.

I have no satisfaction in making fun of tyrial. If he wouldnt have lied to me, I would not have any problem with him. He imed me asking me to let him make GFX for me. He edited GKs tileset and sent me it. His reasoning as to why he needed the money was to "feed his pet" not for his playerworld because unixmad was giving him a free one. He edited GKs tileset and sent me complete crap that I wouldnt even use. I sent him the money feeling bad for him. I found out later he wasnt getting a free playerworld and he lied. Therefore me putting 2+2 together and getting he lied to me to get money for his pw. So please get your fact straight before you jump my sh*t.

Why do you need more graphics staff? Oh yeah, that's right, you made a deal with Kinatt that if he made bodies for you, you'd get him a job on GK. :rolleyes:

If Kaimetsu reads this, and feels like he needs to close yet another topic about Tyrial, I think he should stop and think that maybe what everyone keeps posting about Tyrial isn't the problem, but WHY they keep posting about him.

If you a) steal graphics, and b) get questioned about them, then c) say you didn't steal them, you will have d) lot's of enemies. Let's review, shall we?

I am not saying that people are wrong to dislike Tyrial. I can't tell them what to think.

I am not saying they have no reason to complain. I don't know the whole story.

I am simply saying that harrassing people on the forums is not allowed, regardless of whatever they have done in the past. If you want to hate Tyrial, that's fine, that's your prerogative. But don't post about your hate all over the Graal board. Find other media, or just keep it to yourself. Any future offences of this kind will lead to an official warning.

But isn't his posting of stolen graphics just as bad as people claiming he stole them? If he continues to use/post those graphics, people will continue to complain.

I'm sure there is more, but this is what I noticed.

I must say I do think he stoled them but thats not proof. The fact that it is lighter and darker is just common shading for it to be lighter on top and darker on bottem. They are the same lenth because thats how it fits on 16 by 16 tiles. The colors are different and the actual house brick is different. It is really easy to make such things in ms paint. So that is not proof but I still think he stoled it...

Did you consider that those heights and widths might have some special, external significance?

I really dont have a problem with the kid other than the fact he lied to me and said he needed money for his hamster, when i think infact it was for his pw. If the kid would have come right out and told me hey I need some money for pw, can you help me? I'll give you some stolen gfx. Lol, I would have said, yea, lemme help you out. It is the point he lied to me about it.

its easy to make anything in any image program :p MS Paint is just a crappy tool Microsoft gave people to make images with. Get Neopaint. Its far more powerful than MS Paint and it can save in many formats and with different color resolutions (full color, 256, 8, etc.).

But... Is it as good for pixel art as MS Paint? That is why everyone uses MS Paint for Graal.

I highly doubt everyone uses MS Paint for Graal. :p I recommended a better graphics program, are you going to doubt me? Its what I've been using to make any kind of artwork. I do use a little of Photoshop, but not for doing sprites.

I'm not doubting you. It is just I have been working with Graphic Artists for many years and _almost_ all of them use MS Paint. Infact, I think all that I have worked with have used MS Paint.

That's their problem :p Like I said, I use Neopaint for all of my graphics which means lots of sprites and lots of working with pixels. I only use photoshop for a few things and that's about it. Usually, its like a post-production tool for me :)

Neopaint eh? I might try this after I reformat. :p

MS Paint is rather cumbersome to use since the color palette, while slightly configurable, is too small. Neopaint has a nice color tray you can just go to and click any where inside it to pick any color you choose.

Plus there are a nice set of image editing tools and such as well as image effects.

I'm not really an effect fan(I found that for the terrain on maloria all they used was ONE simple effect in PSP), however I will need to start using brushes and such for my next project. For MS Paint I usually make my own palettes by putting squares of the darker color going to a higher contrast. Works fine for me, but this would save me time.

Another nice thing about Neopaint is when stepping down in color resolution, it makes the smaller palette match the original image as best as possible. Also uses dithering effects to make the changes less noticeable. Also has an adjustable grid overlay :) Mine's always set to 16x16 since that is how I work.

No offence G yoshi but MS paint rox the sox I make some of my greatest works on MS paint. Really, it is the best program for me anyway.
