VIP Forums?
 

VIPs were promised that they would get access to forums with most recent information. However after a few months I don't see this been done. The least Cyberjeurscould do is allow VIPs to access Private Forums.

I believe people should have waited awhile before getting a VIP membership. :asleep:

Yes, I would have if I knew it would be a very long time until we got things. I mean the VIP news section hasn't been updated since I brought VIP.

well, vips get full gold access for now...not that that's worth anything...i don't even play kingdoms

Yes, I am very disapointed that we have not received any special features yet. And the VIP news section still has not been updated since I purchased my VIP. :[

There is technically a forum in the VIP guild manager...

How so? I was Gold when I got VIP and I didn't get anything "extra" and I was one of the first 25 or so to get it.

Bottom line: they did not deliver a full product, and they did not update thier site with what they really do offer.

I was one of the first too. But if people who brought VIP got full year gold, then those with gold should ave got a full year extra gold, which would have been put on top.

It's a little hard to do all that work. Yes they should have planned out better,but graal online is alos short staffed. They have no GM's to help with work,and Stefan and unixmad are busy with graal3d,and kingdoms and other things.Maybe you should have waited liek I did until VIP's actully got something gold members didnt.

I just want them to change what they claim on the site, I care not that thier busy with other stuff, they should at least be able to edit thier own website and show that thier not total liers.

Stefan is working full time on Graal v3 right now, so soon we'll have a faster and more compatable version of Graal =O

Yes but with the original source being Stefan (I'm guessing) then most likely your souce is incorect, as the first one was, since with release dates of a few days from the current time, normally mean a few months from the current time, with Stefan. :P With almost all release dates from Stefan, multiplication is needed...

My source wasn't Stefan. :P And he's actually finished a lot more than ya think anyway. :P

I aswell agree that VIP Forums and other "Mentioned" or here said "Listed" perks of VIP should be provided to VIP's ASAP or the sales of VIP accounts should be either suspended or the listings be modified to show only true benefits.

I don't know how Stefan and Unixmad stay in business. They charge for a product which is fine, but then they don't deliver when they ****ing say they are going to. Why don't you ****s just stop promising and promising us **** when you know for a fact you won't have it ready? God...

And something should be done for those who already have VIP.

are you proposing compensation for failure to produce such said benefits and any support on such. :)

Or just add our VIP forums for now. For god sakes, it takes 20 seconds to add a new forum. I have worked with vB for 2 years, it's EASY.

They would also need to go in and manuelly add all the VIP members to it. ;) That would be quite a bit of work. Although I agree most of us would be happy if they would just give us our VIP forum.

Well not just yet. I'd like something withing 200 days when VIP runs out. And forums would be good, but they don't really add up. As what is a little space you can post where others can't!?

The forums alone are not a good enough counterpart for the VIP plan.

The VIP plan would be good for people who wanted to use the forums, but didn't want to pay the full price of a Gold account.

That was its purpose. But it was also supposed to offer something for gold members, which it is yet to do.

But considering the circumstance, I'm happy with having just a gold account at the moment. It lets me get on the forums, so it's good enough. :)

Nono, I'm not disputing that, it's a good deal for the forums, but lots of people want the VIP private forum up now. That won't do much, it'll let the dust settle and you'll see mroe arguing and complaining in a week or two.

Maybe they should allow VIPs who dont have gold survice to post on the forums but only be allowed like 5 posts a day.

You misunderstand the situation.

Forum access is one of the few things listed that we actually get. We are talking about a special forum where stefan and unixmad and any other core developers post the lastest news about what's going on. *as if* but that's what they said we'd get we want it.
