I have to resign. The job wasnt for me. Ill finsh all the servers sent to me. Then im going back to era. Im sorry it needs more. Its a good server i cant let it die. Im going to help Nemesis get soem more people in the team. I am truly sorry :) Forgive me? :)

I sort of feel responsible for this.

I left you with a big workload and really just "dropped" everything that I was currently in. It was really getting on my nerves, I can't stand going online and getting to the point of harassment and requests about things like "omg u wiel revew my server pliz" "are u done yet?"

Well, I guess you tried your best, I know you're capable, but if it isn't for you then so be it :)

So I guess for now there is no PW team

Aftershock, I think it was more the lack of no one getting hired.

Hopefully, Nemesis will get going, he has to hire now.

Angel, all i can say is..goodjob. The thing i liked about you was, you always expressed what you thought about a PW, and if you thought something was stolen, you said it. Though i didnt show that i liked it, i really did. And i still do. I think u were for the job. I'm sad to see you go, infact im really sad. You never let my opinion or anyone elses opinion, change the way you look / rate PW's and that was great. All i can say is goodluck with Era..And if you can stay with PW Inspector, it wud be great for Graal. If not, I hope we have a GREAT or GOOD PW Team like you.

I did. I was all against Angel joining because she managed Era. But hey, she told everyone she would be 100% dedicated to PWA and forget Era. Hah.

I'd help with PWA except I work on Oasis... although I don't see the harm since Oasis is above and beyond anything I've ever seen submitted to PWA, I guess it would still seem biased or something. Oh well, need to get people in there soon.

If I wasn't such a nice guy, I would point out the fact that Angel appeared to have only been with PWA for a month, going on all the playerworlds, reviewing a couple, and then mysteriously resigning to go make her own PW better. But it's not like I'm claiming she was taking new ideas or anything. :)

Who owns Era now?

They should have maybe 5 PWA's and then let them revolve on who reviews them.

5 is too many... it would take a year for a PW to pass.
Have three reviewers, one admin, and a backup.

The backup would be there if one of the PWA is on vaction or something.

PW's only get reviewed twice. Then Nemesis gets it for the third review to make sure everything is fine and the staff structure is ok.

5 reviewers would be better so that the work doesn't get piled up on a few individuals.

Of course it is. It's a tautology. Too much of anything is a bad thing.

Irrelevant to my statement. I merely faulted the expression of your opinion. Your reply made little sense because, instead of arguing that Ghost Pirate's statement was false, you took it to be true and questioned whether or not its implications were bad.

Not really, one of the greatest staff members Resigned. But at the end of the day I have made a GREAT friend with Angel so im happy for her. I felt that her leaving scripting wasn't a good idea as she is a great scripter and has so much portentiol for it. Idealy it would have been great if she could have done both jobs as once, but due to the work load it wasn't possible.

Well Angel if you ask me you did a GREAT job with the PWA and its a shame to see you go, but im happy that you went back to what you felt was better for you and even more happier that your still on graal. =]

Good because she wouldn't do that, ive learnt so much about Angel since I started talking to her, but I know one thing she would never be corupt.


Final thought, I know this has nothing to do with it as people opinions of her don't bother her, but I think that all the people who for some reason hated her at the start shouldn't have done that as it wasn't very nice as it seemed one person disliked and you all just followed.

Anyway...... Angel good luck with Era, when it went UC after opening you showed me some things (Remeber!?) Well anyway I suppose you'll be fixing them up as they were good. So Good luck with Era again

Why five wont work?
Points of veiw.

Each and every single person has his/her version on what should be done with that playerworld.

Reviewer #1 might be a kind person who admires work and passes anything.

Reviewer #5 might be a harsh evil person who wants to see Playerworlds gone.

And there is the constant rotation of them, so you'll be wanting to get this certain reviewer.

And when there are five people with a rotation. Then there are going to be playerworlds that pass and they shouldn't have been passed... and playerworlds that failed and should've passed. Some people are leanant towards things, while others are strict.

When a playerworld comes about... there should be two-three reviewers who always get it. If you do that then EVERY single playerworld-wannabe will have the same chance as the next.

And anyways, you dont care about workloads... because frankly... I dont see alot of people submitting playerworlds. It's all just an excuse to increase your chances of being hired.

angel really isnt that good at scripting.

delph did most of the scripting for Era, HE'S the amazing scripter.

delph would always tell me how angel would put up stolen scripts.


angel worked for me for like a week, and kept putting up stolen scripts and never did what I actualy asked her to do.

i have little respect for her as a scripter or as PW Team member, as she passed almost every PW she reviewed.... and some of them arent even good quality PW's.

She only passed 2

But Everworld was already passed by AfterShock and eXodia deserves to pass as well.

They were both good and worth passing. Anyway where is eXoida!!!!!

2 playerworlds is 2 to many.

There is 17 playerworlds online right now... and 14 of them are crap.

Then why dont u get ur pw up so we can play it so we dont have to deal with the crap?

Yes there are many online, but if we only have 2 PWs then there is going to be about 300players per PW. As well as passing they need to look at getting rid of some open PWs that have been open for ages but are not getting the player-count.

Rome wasn't built in a day

PW's in my opinion that shud be up:

1. UN (because of its popularity)
2. Delteria (because i am biased)
3. Era (it is a good PW that needs fixing)
4. N-Pulse (how can you get rid of N-pulse?)
