Why? Because it doesnt matter which kingdom he is in, he always scams and steals.
it'd save a lot of houses in the future if he was just blacklisted by everybody now.

His nick was "Neo" yesterday and he stole kills and items from me when I was trying to level up Tseng -_- I could kill him in one hit though =P He also scammed Tyhm like 250 plat a long time ago x_x;'

Why not just create an in game black list, you can add someone's name, and reason why they were added. If a kingdom leader trys to add them, a little message can pop up saying 'This person is blacklisted, are you sure you still want to add them?'

Yes A blacklist would be great I think that is an excellent idea that stefan should implement asap! That way people who just try to ruin the game for other people would be unable to do so because everyone would know who they are so they couldn't be tricked!.
