Um, so like, here is a really early view of inside a house. (I went into the inventory to darken the level so tile stealers don't get happy with my image)

I don't really care if anyone comments, just wanted to show.

Release the server!

Oh and I just want to mention, I'm making the colors warmer. Meaning no more pale/faded look. All the images will be vibrant colors. The faster Stefan releases the new exe, the faster Oasis can be finished. :)

If he manages to make it just as laggy as 2k2, then he deserves price, in cash.

Well see, I wouldn't be so far behind, but I just don't want to be stupid and make everything for it now, just to find out it will be more efficient to do it in the next exe.

For example, if layering is added, that would save me a lot of time that I wouldn't need to spend saving individual images as pngs so that they appear above the player. Like treetops, walls, etc.

Then, my tileset is a big mess. There are tiles everywhere, and I was going to convert the structure to nw structure, but I'm not sure if Stefan plans to use that for the layering tileset or whatever.

So that basically stops me from advancing too far with my tileset, and I definitely can't go making levels yet.

For my characters, I'm waiting for the added gani attributes, which I desperately need to add items and accessories to the player.

I'm waiting for transparency for things lots of things as well. What I'm left being able to do now is some basic level npcs, systems, and graphics.

Now thats what I call a classic rpg!

I think it'd be really cool if you could wear whatever. Like if you wanted to be a warrior you could get armor and if you want to be a civilian you can just wear cool looking clothes with many accessories. Of course they should all come with a price and stat modifiers.

You basically described Oasis clothes lol. There's going to be such a wide assortment of clothing/accessories, that you can make a really unique look.

Is there a template you have that I can use (or we can use) to make clothes or bodies? I would love to help a bit with your project. I can make goth clothes for Gothic Oasians. :whatever:

I like the Oasis tileset alot, the gfx are neat and clean no sloppy level either. :-D

Is there any character with muscle arms and 6-pack? Because the one in your avatar is not.

I hope Oasis is a classic server =/ I cant keep re upgrading my account x.x... plus I want Oasis to be my new home sever! :D

OASIS = PWNAGE!!!!!!!!

Your body will change muscle tone depending on your strength. I use the normal body for everything at the moment. There will be variations to the bodies that you select when you start your character, and also things like skin color, hair color, etc.

Most of the options can be changed, EXCEPT gender. (since it would complicate things, like your clothing would be all male yet you're now female) But not just like "setskin brown" you actually have to get a potion that will change your color, or get a spell that will do it. :)

Loriel doing scripting (movement right now)

It's coming along great :) Loriel's movement system is better than the built in movement. :cool: and... NEW EXE VERY SOON MEANS LOTS OF WORK I CAN DO ON OASIS!!! <3 for Stefan
