Help needed, would give valuable hat or doll.
 

hewwo...i recently bought PH10 and i need some levels designed. it will be like this:

1st level (ground floor):10 rooms. 3 small, 3 medium, 3 large and one for me (same size as large just a lil more fancy)

2nd level: small bar with all the drinks of an average ph: refill, pk beer etc in which i could withdraw money spent on it from, a small spar area and a door which leads to the balcony outside.

note:both levels must have the lights on/off function and if possible the design should be similars to tseng's ph in the water north east of the moon west of stefan quest cliffs (ph #3.)

whoever could do this for me and have them uploaded beofre the end of this week(preferably by wed.) would get one of these
items of their choice:

1)cheetos doll.
2)zorro doll.
3)monocle
4)blue helmet.
5)any room cept mine for 1 month.

News flash - When Loriel makes PH changes, Bars won't be allowed anymore.

and if that is so...then how do i get bomb refills!?
and errm....it could be made with the bar for now f00...i know phs that have bars in them right now -_-

bah...i just realised i made a typo. first floor is suppose to be 2 levels, each with 5 rooms and the one with the last room has the stair case going up to the 2nd floor.

PLEASE NOTE: right now my ph is just one level which is just one room with a bed.

i could do that, but, uh, do you need 2 levels for the "first floor"?

well 2 levels for rooms. bah, i didnt go enough into detail XD.
1st floor should look more like this: u enter and there's a bit to walk round, a door to the north which will lead to the 1st level of rooms which will have rooms to the left and right, then another door to the north which will have the reamainding rooms also to the left and right and mine to the north of the room. note: u could put the stair case there to the 2nd floor or put it at the 1st level inside (i refered to it as where "u enter" above.)

btw what item do u want toran?

Oh yeah, and even if Loriel quits, there is still going to be a rent/levels in your PH implemented.

bah...how much is it? somethin like 10g right!? XD besides if necessary i would reduce 'em

PHs are to much troble

I am truely about to quit, but I hope that the remaining staff will enforce those ideas.
You will not have a bar, and you will have to pay 100 gralats for each level, and some additional fees.

bah! tseng has a bar! no fair >.< and 100g is nothing if its just a one time pay ;) btw shouldnt we have a limit O.o i think it would be pretty weird for someone to have alot of levels in an extremely small ph =/

hey u screwed mine too even before i got it! its just a room with a bed with an npc of jeff or jagen on it and i still gotta pay god damn rent of 200g without any income from it!

Eh, I pay 250g with no income.

Live with it. Don't buy a PH because you want to make money off of it. I just use mine to store my money/items so I'm safe from PKers.

more villas would be nice, but then again, naybe not...
