One day, I got bored of masakuring people on 2k2, so I went around playerworlds, And so I went... Every PW was just ike I left it before nothing special. And then I got stuck on Maloria. For 2 hours I seemd to be playing one and same event. Then I found out that in my weeks absence Maloria already added Alot of quests, I counted 2, but That's in 1 week for god's sake!

Maloria is majoly underrated. People look to much into lvls and appearance. Maloria has 'some' of that, but it also has FUN! What Graal is all about. Anyhow Maloria is now my Home PW, maybe you should visit me there ;).

I hate this kind of attirude, I bet you just got online, didn't even understand what to do and left, due to people here thinking it sucks. There are Tons of events, and they go almost all morning!

I have just one question. Have they fixed there tiledef so when you go on other servers it doesnt stay the same tile set? That is the only reason I havnt gone back there after opening day. I can easily fix it in level editor with removetiledefs; But I find it to annoying that it happens in the first place. -_-

I don't work there, but I have same problem x.X

It was when some ninny scripted it. They should have scripted it to work on something like mal_levelname-a1 or so. or malora_levelname. That way the Tile set would only work for levels starting with mal_ or maloria_ depending on how they scripted it.

I think it has been fixed.

Maloria has a few problems. The staff there aren't all that great. They have FAQ, then player helper. Player helper gets an RC. The quests are so-so. They need A LOT of work with plots. Basically all the quests you just have to run through then kill a boss, or kill a few baddies then a baddy boss. I prefer long quests with a little difficulty.

Maybe you should log on there before you say bullshit... :rolleyes:

Sorry about my absence last days, but I was having computer problems (again).... I think it's fixed, and you can wait for more fun with myself there hehe :)

And about the tileset, the problem has been fixed...
To the people that still have the problem: search for maloria's tileset in your computer and delete it, then log on there and it will auto-download, and you won't have problems with messing other servers tileset ;)

Actually, I have logged on, and done every single quest, including the newest ones you guys have. I'm just saying that they're very short :rolleyes:

And for the staff, why do you have FAQ and Player helper? Also, a lot of your staff seem to mass dumb things like, "want to make a guild?" "I'm bored".

It's an excuse for hotgirl or cutegirl or whatever to have RC, it really isn't needed.

Yes, maloria has made MAJOR improvements, and it's a very nice server now.

androk, I think you are talking about the event river wars...Yes that is the most popular event by far, we literally play it for hours in a row(I'm asst ET admin there). and it's funny because you think that the players would get bored of it, yet it's us ETs that suggest an event change (to keep things varied), and they're always like "nNONO! we want river wars!"

I will say this, the ET has improved a lot since the start of Maloria ;). Maloria now is a lot better then it was at the start. I wasn't completely bad mouthing the server either Cyber, I was just pointing out a few of the things I didn't like.

Maloria was improving ever since Cyber got it back, he has been working hard, he has a few staff problems, he trys to fix it, osrs is the most power hungry idiot i have ever seen, he quit because the Co Manager removed 1 TINY right, he fired me before he quit, I dunno how, i was the same rank as him, but CyberX sorta went along with it, and i sort of took my rage out on him, came about 10 feet from getting it removed., then it ended, and i noticed it wasnt his fault. It is truely hardly worked on by CyberX. good luck Cyber

from what i understand the only reason cutegirl and hotgirl have RC is because one of em not sure whcih one paid for cyberx's p2p

but thats all over with now cuz they were both fired not too long ago good call cyberx or whoever did it

Yea, she had every staff job there. She even stole some levels and submitted them for level maker and got it.

I just see Maloria as another controversial problem.

I thought so too, however they have solved their problems in terms of owner and crap, and it's actually a very nice server now.

I was GP and GFX there too, i quit my GP job after 1 hour, cuzz like that hotgirl chick has an RC, but they dont give there GP's RC's? but ummm, like they give us the right to jail and update levels, sooo, hooooray!

- S2D was Police Chief
- Albus was Events
- The Guild "Grand Army Of Maloria" was around and it was fun to PK.
- I had the most Kills on the Whole server.
- Gastly was Co Manager
- I had a house on the server

Maloria is now Rubbish as:

- HotGirl still works for Maloria when she got fired for stealing work.
- CyberX comes on and says "WAH WAH SOMEONE SPAR ME" and when he gets beaten he goes "WAH WAH YOUR TO LAGGY".
- NOTHING TO DO
- Tileset is Un-1337
- You basicly mess up your lvl gen just to download their BOOGEN tileset.

Basicly Maloria was good in its first 2 or so Months of being up then it all went downhill.

Are you sick or blind? Maloria was crap the first two months it was up. The tile sets was horrible. The quests where lame and the jobs werent any fun either. As for how it is now. I couldnt say havnt been there because the tile set switching to all servers annoyed me to no end. But I might look at it now that Cyberx says its fixed.

everyone loved maloria, well not EVERYONE, but 100+ people were on for serveral days, then all of a sudden they start stupid ****, bad staff and stuffz, and now they = shitz, i realize it was a new server which is one reason they had so many, but i actually liked it, like many people, now it = suxors...

No it suxorzed as you put it. When it came out. In the time span of days it went from over a 100 players to less than 30. Normally a new server would take alot longer than that. It only had that many because people wanted to see what all the hype about. But the neon colors and bad levels where terrible. I've seen the new tile set and it alone is a vast improvment on what Maloria was. Now you might say some of the staff now sux even though that your opinion. As for the server quality from the screen shots and such I've seen it looks to be improving.

GP's dont get RC, yet ghey blackmailers do? O.o?

All servers get 100+ for the first several days.

GP's dont need RC all they need is a jailing npc. Only the Chief should get an RC.

I will explain about Hotgirl and Destiny... They both have RC to help players with accounts problems, level stuck, getting reseted and things like that, so the staff don't have to bother with this kind of things.... They didn't get RC because they paid p2p account to me :rolleyes:

And, Maloria was bad when it first came out, it only had 100+ people because it was new, and Graal hadn't gotten anything new since Babylon... That's why...

Now, Maloria is great! Great quests, events and things to DO... Different from some other servers...
That's all I have to say, and if you still think Maloria sux now, just log on there before you say anything... :)
