Tired of 2002
 

Im getting sick and tired of 2002. Every time I do something good I save like today. I was running around with Er1c and some other people we were fighting mushrooms I saved then all of a sudden I was running around when it reset. It took me an horu to get all the stuff I had and this is the second time that its happend wtf is wrong?

I'm completely uninterested in Graal2001 and 2002. I just go into my little hovel and design levels and NPCs, while occasionally playing Classic and some other servers.

Im about to quit graal altogether unless 2230 comes out soon. The npc server is always down on the one server that is fun and im always getting reset.

Play Classic then. They don't have an NPC server, from what I can tell, and you can play it endlessly with your lifetime subscription.

I'm just mad, because while I was collecting and drinking water on the shining shores of Bogenera, a monsterous human comes up behine me and stabs me 5 times killed me, leaving me with 6400EXP when I had 8100.

Well with the 6 hours my account has to play online, I don't think I'll get interested in Graal2002. :p

That happened to me too. I put the guy on my buddy list though, so whenever I see him, I will kill him.

I still think 2002 is fun, but they will need to release something new soon, anything new that has to do with role-playing. People will get tired of slashing baddies in the forest, even if they are adventuring. Maybe they should let us build houses or just release the kingdom isles, but I don't think that's a possibility :(

With 10 days left on my account I wont be playing 2k2 every time I have ever gone on the NPC Server has been down. I feel it would be a waste of my money to upgrade for something so unreliable. So I'll just be sticking to Providence and if that dies I'll be moving on to some other place.

Lacking an NPC Server is a big drawback. 2002's crashes occasionally, sure, but that isn't the fault of the software itself.

I'm forced to agree. 2k2 is such an incredibly massive server, and so radically unlike anything ever seen before on Graal that it is experiencing a great surge in popularity fueled only by its novelty alone. But just like before, it is becoming more and more apparent that there is a substantial lack of any real content, anything to keep the players coming back for more. Jamais vu is rapidly morphing into déjà vu, and until the release of kingdom islands, 2k2 is likely to become as deserted as it was two weeks ago.

I'm completely bored of it too, until it brings out more stuff and kingdoms and stuff, basicly when it's in full version, I'm not playing it cause all it is is a place where you can get killed repetitively to become weaker.

The NPC Server is flawed. It obviously can't handle the stress that a server like 2002 puts on it. There are far too many instructions, too much stress is put on the NPC server. It lags like hell half the time, and the other half, it isn't even up.

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA.

They need like a Super Saiyan Server ya know?

Actually I think 2k2 has improved.. it's pretty fun now, except the npc server crashing all the time. It's fun gaining levels and getting new items and stuff...

I think what 2k2 needs, is either more efficient scripting so the server doesn't crash, or a better NPC server. Also cloth should be makeable, and I want to see some Kingdoms soon. :)

Other than that, it's just little things that bother me.. like the ultimate bumpy terrain that makes it hard to do anything. I don't mind 3d land as long as it's not so friggin bumpy that when you walk left you end up going left and down. It's hard fighting because you walk towards something to kill it, and you either move up, or move down, and it's hard to position yourself.

So do I. I love 2k2, it has so many openings, they just need to do more work on it. It opens endless possibilites to role-playing, and that's why I'm sticking around. I can't wait for the release of kingdoms.

That's exactly what I thought when I read that.

Original Idea behinf 2k2 is to be an RPing world. Not to entertain crowds. If you are true RPer, you'll have fun on a blank level with just 1 bush... So if you get bored in RPing environment it's your own fault.
