I really don't see WHY it would be "illegal."

All it does is rename .graal levels and links to .nw

well you could always just go change the names and links by hadn but that might end up being a massive job...hmm...

not much, but yer sposed to use .graal for outsides and .nw for insides...why i have no clue, also for overworld levels they prefer u use .graal's...

.nw supports more NPCs, allows light effects, and is preferred with NPCserver.

I use .nw for everything.

And why would it be illegal to have one?

Ya, I got it off his forums.. he had it up there for like a day.

mmmmkay: What I am thinking is that it was only released to select people for select projects, and no one else should really have it. Oh and .nw is much better than .graal, more possibilities, with a 3 character smaller extension. ;)
A con for .nw is that they are a bigger file size, so harder to distribute through each other (especially 56kers ;[)

The only real difference between the two right now is the fact that .graal is slightly smaller, but that .nw can be edited using note/wordpad.
Though Stefan had once upon a time hinted about multiple layer features with .nw, I'm not sure if that wil ever come to pass.
