looks like you just made a trunk, then took a leaf images, plastered it everywhere, then embossed it.

WOW, I've had photoshop for awhile and I have no idea how to do that.

I do embossing once in a while =)

Light-saber enemas?

You select the layer you want to emboss in the layer window, and put an emboss effect on it :P

I made my signatures with adobe photoshop.

1st one is old but great signature.

2nd one is after reading a few tutorials and experimenting.


And I did this image too after reading a tutorial or 2 and experimenting.

I dont ever use preset effects like emboss and shadow and all those other things just use airbrush to make highlights and such

I prefer Burn and Dodge, along with Smudge and Blur myself.

My animation shop 3 work is better then that. U suck, no offence.

[ My animation shop 3 works great. Yours could use a little work but you'll get it with practice. :) ]

The ONE graphic you made (You said it was your first) was just using preset effects and text. I think the other guys took a lot more work.

even though you did use effects, it still looks flat. *refering to how the trunk goes across straight* You could have done a few things to spruce that up, maybe took some more time on the actual drawing part...if thats even part of the process when working with all those new fangled contraptions. (is a ms paint man myself lol)
