Krynn Update (1 Picture Only Release)
 

Since we have been working on alot for Krynn and people were getting anxious we have decided to release one screenshot, I know I said I wouldn't release screenshots but I feel that you guys deserve a chance to see our progress. Now, you must also know that we had the system done before we even seen the Graal2002 GUI so the gold idea is not stolen.

the gui design is not very original

I think those gfx are horrible. I also am not looking forward to Krynn at ALL.

Oh im sorry my levels are shitty enough to equal your levels and such.. Im sorry our gfx aren't shitty enough for your gfx.. but you must deal with it b/c Krynn will be out and Krynn will be popular.

I just got contacted by one of the musicians I talked to a while ago and he has agreed to let use his amazing music in our game, he is known around the music scene as McVaffe (Michael Vafeas).

I will be creating a music loop system which will make it possible to fade between different themes, reduce file size and maybe make the music change depending on what the player is doing.

As more stuff comes around I will be sure to update you guys! Thanks for the amazing feedback so far... don't be afraid to give us some suggestions, always a way to improve :D

Sounds like you are a fortune teller eh? I never said anything about the levels, I just said the gfx are ****. Plus, Murasamune will be > Krynn. K? :)

i like it, the gfx for the tiles are pretty cool but you should make some new ones for where the water meets the sand other wise its money.

you should also goto www.realultimatepower.net its got some good ninja stuff too. Though this is even more off topic i plan to change my sig once i finish drawing and CGing some fan art to an anime i like.

I cannot wait to play the server when it is all completed. Keep the old bodies =D !!

hehe I like old graal (sorry:P) Just that I feel that sparring and stuff is better done with the original, but the change is a good alternative as well (off subject I know)

Levels are not everything. I mean, sure, these levels are fantastic but they are still pretty good, I am only really concerned about gameplay. However, after a certain point (like VAl) the levels get too terrible for gameplay, but Krynn won't be like that, game play should be fantastic.

I do have one criticism to make, and I think the fireplace looks a little funny, it looks too... well built to be a makeshift one. Maybe you guys should make it smaller

How the hell am I supposed to know that? Obviously, when they review games, it's not solely on grahics but on gameplay, content, controls etc. Graphics are just one protion of it. I wouldn't play a game that has crappy gameplay but excellent grahics, there would be nothing to do.

The tiles aren't anything great...the fire is umm...not a fire...just a glowing light..i dont see any flames...And the system graphics do look like you ripped them from 2002...Even though you say diffrent...

The gfx aren't all that great, and the level is only ok.

brad you really shouldent say anything about krynn or spanky's lvls or gifs. atleast spanky's got the balls to go and make a server thats differant from the rest.

i agree, he is making a server how he wants to make it and so far it is looking good.
Really its not up to Brad to bash his levels or graphics, its spanky's way of doing it and he has that right.....
anyways i think its looking good so far
