Here I am banned and all, happy I have left graal finally to go on to EverQuest. So I am happy for a few days and check in on these forums maybe once a day or so, justbecause it's hard for me to leave a message board..so here I am all happy weaning myself away. Life is good, and I can focus on school and such now. And so I live my life thinking police is in good hands with Spark and James around...but wait! I come to find out Kamuii and toad have both been removed from police for inactivety (they have reasons, but these were obviously not seeked out.) I also find out that Craig and Hype have both resigned as well. Lovely. Oh wait such a nice post from James I have found as well:


Ah...the popular people just have chances now.. I see...Oh yes I remember hiring Soto and how extremely popular he was, also let us not forget how popular people like CyberX, and Shadow Angel were when I hired them.Yep, only the popular people. Which must include Brandon and such as well I assume. And the list can continue. Also I am so pleased to know the person's who's police tag I restored because when he quit it was out of anger at an unfair decesion. I did the same with Kamuii. Yet, here he is accusing me of such things; sometimes being nice to people isn't always the correct decesion I suppose now. I guess an application and not being "well known" is the sure fire ticket to police now. Also I guess past incidents are forgotten as well. I just love the new police officers. Chrissy, Kyden, Signas, Feather Light, Holy Swordsman, and DragonX. Oh yes, such wonderful officer material right there :rolleyes:. DragonX had not redeemed himself yet and had not proven how much extreme favortism among other corruptions he will show. Oh look! Members from the wonderful events team! Hmm...perhaps I should post the zip of all the police applications I recieved so people will see how "wonderful" or whatever word James described these applications as. Am I coming back to Graal? No, short of Stefan or unixmad themself asking me to come back. I worked hard to get police where it is...nay where it was to find this happening in my depature. Obviously my hard work and sacrfices and long nights were all in vain in the end. So much I feel I could cry, were it not for the anger. And, I assure you this sorrow and anger is what makes me post this now.

But of course, you will come back to the forums. There is always that attraction that no one knows. Whether you love the forums or hate every soul on them, you will stick around. :)

The Police force as I see it now is crap. I thought Sparkplug would do a good job but then he hired James who I didnt have a problem with untill he started taking over. Then they hired all of these new people..too many at one time I think. Most of the good Police either resigned or got removed which is pretty sad..you'd think that they would realize they are doing something wrong? I have to admit that I did not like working under Alkaren and I disagreed with many of his decisions also, but I told him my opinions on many things that he did. Like I said before..I didnt like working under him but there is a saying..you dont know what you've got 'till its gone or something like that and I realize that now. Alkaren your work and influence on the Police force is greatly appreciated. I think you did a wonderful job. As of Police now though...it's starting to go way down hill in my opinion. I will not be returing to Police untill these matters are solved in one way or the other.

Some day Alkaren wll be big and famous and say this about graal:

:( sad to see you go alkaren same with pando =*(. The Police force is now a verry sad place dunno why i havnt had any leaderships roles even tho i have been in police for a verry long time. And now that Craig and Hype have left its turned into yay everyone where nooby staff lets all put our tags on woot! 10 members yay!. one of them quoted " i think we will do better with a lagre force (when there where 10 of them on)". Ahhh sad oh well nothing i can do =(.

I did make mistakes, I will agree. I did not mean to take Toad and Kamuii off purposely, I did not know they were inactive because of that. I talked to Kamuii about it, will re-add tag when account is working again, still yet need to talk with Toad, but will re-add his tag. Mind you I did not make these decisions alone, I asked Spark first. I have always consulted with Spark, and will always, I am not the Chief. The Police isn't that big of a deal, I have heard complaints of some wrong things the trials have done but I'm sure we all make mistakes. The more police, the merrier. Most likely we will be losing 2-3 of the trials because of bad reports and such. I'm sorry if I made Craig and Hype quit, that's really their problem. I do not have anything else to say about this. If this more Police thing does not work out, then Spark and I will figure a way to deal with this, this is just experimenting, I personally think it will work fine.

This is great, my first moment of being "horrible" at something. Oh well, I do not mind, I love it when people get all angry and make useless posts like this. It's what makes me thrive through times like these. This is just a little goal of mine, what I liked was being accounts administrator which suited me much more than this. I promise from the bottom of my heart that Sparkplug and I will make the force better than before, just give us time. Once we are doing with this experiment then the real stuff will begin which is not even known to Sparkplug or I, only time will tell.

1: It doesn't matter what you say at all alkaren, nothing is going to change just because you said something. Don't blame the bad decisions on them. Ultimately you made the worst decision by letting them be head of police. So therefore stop your whining.

2: You did your goodbye speal so just leave please. I'm sick of people saying "BYE" and then everyone is like "BYE WE'LL ALL MISS YOU THANX" then 2 days later "I'M BACK" then everyone is like "YAY". Blah just leave.

3: Police sucked in the beginning. It sux now. It will always suck.

4: did you know i used the word suck 3 times in #3 and i didn't spell it the same a single time.

Uh, it wasn't exactly his decision to let Sparkplug be Police Chief. Spark WAS Assistant and Spark CHOSE James to be his Asst. Big deal.

You know that Alkaren's not back, right? You did read the first few words of his post, which included "Here I am banned and all..."

Police might have sucked but they're necessary to keep order.

It's in the process of being fixed right now, it may not look like it, but it is. There's a saying or something don't judge a book by it's cover, I don't know how this goes a long with fixing police, but it makes me feel like saying that saying.

The police force needs a lot of work and improvement, i cant see how these new officers will come anywhere close to improving it. Oh well time will only tell.

Plus Alk their not hiring all Trial Police its a chance for them. Im still Trial Police with Marle and the ones you listed have caught more hackers then me. I guess I could say Im "well known", I think I do a good job but I admit the ones you listed that you don't favor are doing about 100 times better then me.

Hype should've stayed and did a good job to make the new police look bad. Craig was a pretty bad police already.

Tons of trials were hired. Some were a good hiring like DragonX Kyden and others but SIGNAS WAS HIRED. I knew he would be corrupt and he was he jailed people for sayign somethign he didnt like also if they accdiently hit him he would make them break 200 rocks. He would get in the middle of PKing for a chance to jail. Alkaren we miss your good judgement Sparkplug has good judgement also dont get me wrong but....you know

There should not be 20 police. There should be about 15, including the chief and asst. That works out fine, but you also need to think about timezones. That's why hiring Panda and Toad would be a good idea, and then Craig or people around that time. And Corpse is on 24/7, HIRE HIM. HE IS SMART. HE KNOWS MORE ABOUT GRAAL THAN MOST PEOPLE HERE. I was told by Corpse that he tried out for Police, how did he not make it? I would have hired him as Police, but since he's not power hungry, he didn't want the job. I'm just suprised at a few things. How come police chief was not an important position when I was chief, and when Alkaren became chief, he was like a co owner of the server? And then Sparkplug becomes chief, and he is like not important anymore? I'm not trying to be rude to Alkaren, because I know he was a good chief, but it's just strange...

i was hired in may and now 10 months later ive had enough, i was allways on and allways reliable.

Ya know Alkaren, you actually did me a favor by banning me after I was framed for hacking. Seriously, you did. You made me leave the hell of Newmain for the sensibility of Providence and Classic! Nothing short of a local ban had that power. Thank you Alkaren!

Lyndzey, these are just trials I'm sure not all of them will make it. I'll find out how they are doing right now.
EDIT: If you guys would do us a great favor and please just don't talk about Police for about a week unless something really really bad occurs, they are still in training I guess you could say and they need to be straightened out on some things.
